Just like there's a difference between nuclear technology and the actual decission to use this technolgy in order to detonate nuclear bombs, there's
also a difference between going on a little space trip and impacting a comet's nucleus ( given the possibility that we indeed live in an solar system that is part of a multidimensional reality, at least that's what this HDDesign 'research' seems to indicate):

With that said, I want to emphasize the possibility of Tunguska being a warning because of our decission to use nuclear weapons and our interference with objects that belong to our solarsystem.

When I calculated the Phi point I saw that it should be somewhere during WWII but not Hirhoshima-Nagasaki, because I didn't recognize the Hirhoshima/Nagasaki - Deep impact timeframe as such. As this has everything to do with consciousness, I expected that the nuclear theme would pop up somehow, probably with nuclear testing or decission making. That's what I thought just before I came to know about the exact date of the Phi point between Tunguska and Deep Impact.
I have to emphasize that I almost fell out of my chair when I noticed that this Phi point coincided with the approval by the US President to use nuclear bombs!!! ( which actually happened some days later).

I think we really have to let go our linear perspective of time and our rigid perception of causality.

You might think that it is just not possible and even delusional to even think about this possibility, but look what popped up by synchronicity when I gave it a second look:

There has been another event similar as Tunguska. When Mercury 'The Messenger God' saw Tunguska happen, Mercury was at a specific geometrical position and Mercury was at exactly that same position again when this other event happened:

Eastern Mediterranean Event

The Eastern Mediterranean Event was a high-energy aerial explosion over the Mediterranean Sea, around 34ºN 21ºE (between Libya and Crete, Greece) on June 6th, 2002[1]. This explosion, similar to a small atomic bomb, has been related to an asteroid undetected while approaching the Earth. The object disintegrated and no part was recovered. Since it didn't reach the surface and it exploded over the sea, no crater was formed.

Similar to the Tunguska event, the asteroid —about 30ft in diameter— exploded as a consequence of the energetic alteration of atmospheric entries. It has been said that had the explosion happened in this area (quite probable, since the position of the Eastern Mediterranean Event and the disputed Kashmir territory are in the same latitude, thus being a matter of only a few hours by cause of Earth rotation), it could have been possibly taken for an attack, potentially triggering a nuclear war between these countries.[1][2][3]

I think the Hariri killing still is the initial trigger that could cause a war scenario to evolve. If a major war will breakout, than it is very likely that nuclear weapons are going to be used.

The Vela Incident (sometimes known as the South Atlantic Flash) was an as-yet unidentified flash of light detected by a United States Vela satellite on September 22, 1979. It has been speculated that the flash was the result of a nuclear weapons test; however, much information about the event is still classified.

The flash was detected on 22 September 1979, at 00:53 GMT, by a US Vela satellite that was specifically developed to detect nuclear explosions. The satellite reported the characteristic double flash (a very fast and very bright flash, then a longer and less-bright one) of an atmospheric nuclear explosion of two to three kilotons, in the Indian Ocean between Bouvet Island (Norwegian dependency) and the Prince Edward Islands (South African dependencies) at 47° S 40° E. It should be noted that the explosion of some meteors as they are entering the atmosphere can produce energy measured from kilotons (Eastern Mediterranean Event) to megatons (Tunguska event). However, the mechanism is different, and meteors do not produce the double flash characteristic of a nuclear detonation.

As second event I had to think about the Hirhoshima - Nagasaki echo, which was calculated years ago to take place on July 12, 2007 for Hirhoshima or July 15, 2007 for Nagaski. The echo was based on the difference between the theoretical 911- HD Tetrahedron based precession cycle as described in the 'Breaking The Code' thread and our actual perspective of time. On July 16, 2007 a strong earthquake hit Japan and caused the worlds biggest nuclear plant to leak, coinciding with a powerful typhoon.

So this Hyper Dimensional Tetrahedron timeframe showed new leadership in China. Much will depend on how they will deal with the Taiwanese issue.

As mentioned regularly in the HDDesign material, there are future US - Korea and or China - Taiwan (US) conflicts on the triggers, closely related to the Hyper Dimensional key dates at macrolevel orientation. As said regularly: The Hariri killing / Syria situation is the initial trigger that could cause a war scenario to evolve.

Besides the recent change in Chinese leadership, we will also see a change in US leadership in January 2009 at the latest.

There's something about this change of US leadership that could have a huge impact on our destiny. There's a very 'dark' scenario possible in which GW will not meet the end of his term as US President, at least not as President. His health could become an issue or you can think of other reasons too.

In case something happens with GW it is likely that Cheney could become Acting President for the third time and here's what worries me the most:

A double hit I would say, but Mladic and Karadzic are still out there and so are the others that are politically responsible for the massacre. The combination with Mladic and Karadzic suggest a higher political level than the government of The Netherlands

I think it is important for GW to stay in power until the end of his term, regardless what you think about the man, otherwise a neocon scenario will give another US President in the oval office during the next elections in the US.

When I was monitoring the space events around November 7, which are mentioned on the timeline, I had this idea to check if the Space Shuttle disasters with the Challenger and the Columbia would indicate a Phi point for the monitored timeframe

It appeared that it wasn't the case, Space Shuttle Columbia desintegrated on February 1, 2003 during re-entry into the Earth's atmosphere. The Space Shuttle Challenger disintegrated 73 seconds into its flight on January 28, 1986.

If these two events are considered to be 2 Phi points a a Phi based time spiral, than the next date inwards would be the timeframe between these events devided by the Golden Mean Phi:

3840 days after February 1, 2003 gives August 6, 2013

Although this is an interesting date ( Hirhoshima anniversary, 'stay out of space and don't mess with nuclear power' / the 2 major underlying themes of our times) it is well in the future. Ofcourse this date will pop up on the future timelines but for the current timeframe I let it rest...until today.
Again I had to think about these two terrible disasters with the space shuttles and had this thought to look at the Phi point that hits the pattern spiralling outwards back in our perspective of time:

As this Golden Mean Phi based spiral goes inwards back in time, there's a timframe from where this spiral originates from in our perspective of time.

We go back to the timeframe around July 22 , 1958, based on the timeframe between the Space Shuttle disasters. Remember that the timeframe between the markers Challenger and Columbia was rounded to full days, the perfect Golden Mean spiral would put the start of the spiral a few days later than July 22, 1958

Explorer 4 was a US satellite launched on July 26, 1958. It was instrumented by Dr. James van Allen's group. The Department of Defense's Advanced Research Projects Agency had initially planned two satellites for the purposes of studying the Van Allen radiation belts and the effects of nuclear explosions upon these belts (and the Earth's magnetosphere in general), however Explorer IV was the only such satellite launched.

Explorer 4 was a cylindrically shaped satellite instrumented to make the first detailed measurements of charged particles (protons and electrons) trapped in the terrestrial radiation belts. An unexpected tumble motion of the satellite made the interpretation of the detector data very difficult. The low-power transmitter and the plastic scintillator detector failed September 3, 1958. The two Geiger-Mueller tubes and the caesium iodide crystal detectors continued to operate normally until September 19, 1958. The high-power transmitter ceased sending signals on October 5, 1958. It is believed that exhaustion of the power batteries caused these failures. The spacecraft decayed from orbit after 454 days on October 23, 1959.

Operation Argus

Operation Argus was a series of nuclear weapons tests and missile tests secretly conducted during August and September of 1958, in the South Atlantic, by the Defense Nuclear Agency, in conjunction with the Explorer IV mission. Contractors from Lockheed Aircraft Corporation as well as a few personnel and contractors from the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission were on hand as well. The timeframe for Argus was substantially impacted due to the instability of the political environment (bans on atmospheric and exoatmospheric testing were forthcoming). Consequently, the tests were conducted within a mere half year of conception (whereas "normal" testing took one to two years).

The tests

About 1800 km southwest of Cape Town, South Africa, USS Norton Sound launched three modified X-17A missiles armed with 1.7 kt W-25 nuclear warheads into the upper atmosphere, where high altitude nuclear explosions took place. The (extreme) altitude of the tests was chosen so as to prevent personnel involved in the test from being exposed to any ionizing radiation [1].

Coordinated measurement programs involving satellite, rocket, aircraft, and surface stations were employed by the services as well as other government agencies and various contractors worldwide.

The tests were proposed by Nicholas Christofilos of what was then the Livermore branch of the Lawrence Radiation Laboratory (now Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory) as a means to verify the Christofilos theory, which argued that high-altitude nuclear detonations would create a radiation belt in the extreme upper regions of the Earth's atmosphere. Such belts would be similar in effect to the Van Allen radiation belts. Such radiation belts were viewed as having possible tactical use in war. Prior to Argus, Hardtack Teak had shown disruption of radio communications from a nuclear blast. However, this was not due to the creation of radiation belts.

The Argus explosions created artificial electron belts resulting from the β-decay of fission fragments. These lasted for several weeks. Such radiation belts affect radio and radar transmissions, damage or destroy arming and fusing mechanisms of intercontinental ballistic missile warheads, and endanger crews of orbiting space vehicles.

Argus proved the validity of Christofilos theory: the establishment of an electron shell derived from neutron and β-decay of fission products and ionization of device materials in the upper atmosphere was demonstrated. It not only provided data on military considerations, but produced a "great mass" of geophysical data.

The tests were first reported by the New York Times on March 19, 1959, headlining it as the "greatest scientific experiment ever conducted." Approximately nine ships and 4,500 people participated in the operation. After the completion of testing, the task force departed for the United States via Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Followed the Hardtack I series, but preceded Hardtack II.

While the tests were announced the following year, the full results and documentation of the tests were not declassified until 30 April 1982.

The timeframe around November 15 is one of the four Hyper Dimensional Cube timeframes at macro level orientation, similar as for instance February 14, the day Rafik Hariri was assassinated in Beirut back in 2005. Again I expected developments related to Hariri/Syria during this HD Cube timeframe around November 15, as it has happened on every HD date at macro level orientation since the Hariri assassination.
Besides the fact that this timeframe was a regular HD Cube timeframe, it was also a fact that Venus was at the same geometrical position as during the awakenings end trigger date related to the killing of Hariri ( 1111 days awakenings timeframe).
The Presidential Elections in Lebanon are currently the stage to express the underlying themes and the UN is calling in to get involved more deeply. Remember the times when the UN was involved prior to the war in Iraq: if events in Lebanon are destabilizing the region then the UN will probably be committed to react. I have said it for more than 2 years now and it still stands: The Hariri killing is the initial trigger in an evolving Syria-first war scenario, with future US-Korea and/or China-Taiwan(US) conflicts closely related to the HD dates at macro level orientation.
The related events during this HD Cube timeframe are clear expressions of the underlying themes. The Secretary-General announced a plan to appoint a Canadian to head the Hariri inquiry. Also, the UN joins Lebanon crisis mediation trying to break the impasse. According to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon free and fair presidential election will be ‘milestone’ for Lebanon, necessary for stability in the region too.
The US and Israel refuse to cooperate with inquest into Israel’s Sept. 6 attack on Syrian nuclear reactor while Tehran secretly deploys air defense batteries around Damascus during the HD Cube timeframe.
As it is a regular HD Cube timeframe at macro level orientation we also see some Korea and China related developments: The Korean PMs begin historic talks and agree on a rail timetable while Bush talks tough on Iran and warns China. It was also the timeframe of Vladimir Putin as he was urged to stay on as leader, the watchdog cancels Russia poll plan and , in a dramatic reverse swing, Putin decides to send uranium to fuel Iran’s atomic power station in Bushehr.
When I started to post about the Hariri killing back in 2005 I initially pinpointed at Putin for probably having the most benefit of such a terrible crime. Vladimir Putin was appointed one of three First Deputy Prime Ministers on August 9, 1999, which enabled him later on that day to be appointed acting Prime Minister of the Government of the Russian Federation.
That was a Nagasaki day, playing a big role in the karmic issues we have to deal with in the current times we live in. Putin assumed the role of acting President on December 31, 1999, coming to power during the timeframe that marks the Hyper Dimensional Tetrahedron at macro level orientation in our reality. I will keep an eye on this guy very closely and I expect to post about him a lot more from now on.

It was also an echo timeframe of the December 26, 2004 Sumatra quake/tsunami, finding expression in the strong 7.7 quake in Chile and the cyclone in Bangladesh. Mercury The messenger was at exactly the same geometrical position on November 16, 2007 as during the December 26, 2004 Sumatra Quake / Tsunami, however this HD Cube timeframe didn’t showed the big one. That will probably happen at one of the Phi points between these markers: The December 26, 2004 Sumatra quake, the 2004 and 2012 Venus Transits and the end of the Mayan Calendar on December 21, 2012
September 12, 2007 was such a Phi point and showed an 8.4 Sumatra quake as mentioned on the timeline and again on October 30 with Tropical Storm Noel ( symbolic reference of the Christmas 20004 quake marker) and the California 5.5 quake.
The future Phi points related to the given markers will be mentioned on the timelines, I expect major Earth change activities at these timeframes.

This HD Cube timeframe was also an important Phi point between the end of the Mayan Calendar and a week back in August 1999:

These elements of Design made me extend the timeframe with +/- a few days while I normally limit myself to +/- 1 day, although I always talk about a ‘peak’.

As I wrote on another forum, I expected this HD Cube timeframe to be significant in a sense that it would give indications in relation to our ‘ascension’ process or more in general about some major underlying truths.
This timeframe was Phi point as marked by the Cassini fly by back in August 1999 and much to my surprise we saw another fly by during this HD Cube timeframe: the Comet chaser Rosetta made an Earth swing-by!
I instantly understood the significance of the symbolical implications of this ‘Rosetta Stone’ expression as I expected profound developments for this timeframe.
The term Rosetta Stone has become idiomatic as something that is a critical key to a process of decryption or translation of a difficult problem. The timeframe unveiled 2 major underlying themes as expressions of the Rosetta enigma: The first one being our own origin and the second one the Theory of everything.

The 'Rosetta Stone' expressions at Hyper Dimensional Cube were ‘confirmed’ by Colossus:

As a confirmation in the ‘as above – so below’ Design of our reality it was Cassini again that closed this HD Cube timeframe with a fly by around Titan, tipping in the atmosphere.
Cassini marked the Phi point and closes the window.

What’s coming next? There are indications that war is resurfacing again with expressions as mentioned on the timeline. The situation in Lebanon is very significant and I will keep an eye on the developments. At the end of the year we will have an interesting ‘Deep Impact’ timeframe. I had already put year-end on the timeline because it creates a Hyper Dimensional Tetrahedron with July 4, 2005, Deep Impact on comet Temple I.
I almost feel off my chair when I noticed that an actual Earth fly by is planned for Deep Impact around that date. Very significant indeed.

Dit soort dingen zie ik meer als een synchroniteit. De naam van het schip is 'explorer' en de explorer IV missie was de start van de Phi spiraal die de shuttle-rampen verbond. Head of UN probe into Hariri assassination ‘more confident than ever’ of success

5 December 2007 – The head of the United Nations probe into the assassination of former Lebanese prime minister Rafiq Hariri is “more confident and optimistic than ever that the investigation can be concluded successfully,” he told the Security Council today, explaining that his team has been able to answer many key questions regarding the February 2005 attack.

Serge Brammertz – who will step down later this month as head of the International Independent Investigation Commission (IIIC) – said he could not yet predict when the inquiry into the massive car bombing in downtown Beirut, which killed Mr. Hariri and 22 others, would be wrapped up.

“Conducting an investigation is never an exact science,” he said in a briefing on the latest report of the IIIC. “The completion of the investigation will depend on the final results of several ongoing projects and on the cooperation of all States,” adding that it also relied on the willingness of additional witnesses to come forward.

Mr. Brammertz, who is being succeeded as investigation chief by Daniel Bellemare of Canada, stressed that it was paramount that the IIIC continues to receive the administrative and resource support it needs to carry out its work in the months ahead.

“When I am asked whether I am satisfied with the progress made so far, my answer is absolutely yes. Important results have been achieved in many areas of the investigation despite the numerous challenges the Commission has faced. Based on the progress made in recent months, I am more confident and optimistic than ever that the investigation can be concluded successfully.”

Mr. Brammertz did not reveal many details about the IIIC’s findings so far, saying his Office was increasingly cautious about the release of information given that it does not want to compromise any future legal process at the planned Special Tribunal for Lebanon, being set up to deal with the Hariri killing and up to 18 other politically-related murders in the country in recent years.

But he noted that, based on hundreds of interviews and examinations, investigators have been able to answer or substantially narrow the focus on many of the key questions surrounding the bombing, including the possible motive, the identity of the suicide bomber and details about the persons who conducted active surveillance on Mr. Hariri ahead of the attack.

Ahmed Abu Addas, who appeared in a video claiming responsibility for the assassination, was not the suicide bomber, Mr. Brammertz said, but may still be connected to the attack.

He added that investigators have gathered large amounts of evidence about the video, the Mitsubishi van in which the bomb exploded, the crime scene and many other forensic issues.

Drawing on tests of DNA and teeth and other information, the IIIC “has developed one principal hypothesis” about the identity of the suicide bomber, especially the specific area of the Middle East from which the young male is thought to have originated. But more tests need to be conducted to confirm the hypothesis.

Expert findings indicate the bomber was exposed “to significant quantities of a specific type of lead, possibly through proximity to military ammunition, between the ages of 16 and 20,” which could show the man was living near an area of conflict or one where weapons were regularly used, such as a military training camp.

“New expert findings have provided additional information on the possible place of birth of the unidentified male, as well as further details on the location where he may have spent his childhood.”

Turning to another political assassination in Lebanon, the death of the parliamentarian Antoine Ghanem in September this year following a car bombing in eastern Beirut, Mr. Brammertz said the initial findings indicated that the perpetrators were able to conduct surveillance and mobilize a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (IED) “within a very short window of time.

“This and other preliminary results in other cases suggest that the perpetrators had – and most likely still have – operational capabilities available in Beirut.”

A newly discovered hunk of space rock has a 1-in-75 chance of slamming into the Red Planet on Jan. 30, scientists said Thursday.

"These odds are extremely unusual. We frequently work with really long odds when we track ... threatening asteroids," said Steve Chesley, an astronomer with the Near Earth Object Program at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

The asteroid, known as 2007 WD5, was discovered in late November and is similar in size to the Tunguska object that hit remote central Siberia in 1908, unleashing energy equivalent to a 15-megaton nuclear bomb that wiped out 60 million trees.

Scientists tracking the asteroid, which is halfway to Mars, initially put the odds of impact at 1 in 350 and increased the chances this week after analyzing the data. Scientists expect the odds to diminish again early next month after getting new observations of the asteroid's orbit, Chesley said.

"We know that it's going to fly by Mars and most likely going to miss, but there's a possibility of an impact," he said.

If the asteroid does smash into Mars, it'll likely aim near the equator, close to where the rover Opportunity has been exploring the Martian plains since 2004. The robot is not in danger because it lies outside the potential impact zone. Speeding at 8 miles (12.8 kilometers) a second, a collision would carve a hole the size of the famed Meteor Crater in Arizona.

In 2004, fragments of Comet Shoemaker-Levy 9 smacked into Jupiter, creating a series of overlapping fireballs in space. Astronomers have yet to witness an asteroid impact with another planet.

I expected developments around January 13, 2008 on the 'Balkan Karma' timecoded pattern, that found its origin with the Srebrenica Massacre back in July 1995, the biggest massacre in Europe since WWII. As a result thousands of muslim men and boys were seperated from their families and shot to death in the area around Portocari while the Dutch soldiers eventually returned home safely.

This terrible theme finds its expressions in 2 already identified timecoded patterns, the first one is the 911 HD Tetrahedron based Golden Mean Phi timecoded spiral which is monitored in a seperate thread while the keydates are mentioned on the timelines.

The other one is the Venus based 'Balkan Karma' timecoded pattern which is also monitored in a seperate thread and determined this timeframe around January 13, 2008. This timeframe made me expect prior to March 11, 2006 that someone 'would be taken out by Design' in relation to this underlying theme and I posted it prior to the timeframe.

On the expected date Milosevic died in his prison.

This same underlying Venus based timecoded pattern took out Arkan and as I expected for the timeframe around June 2, 2007: Tolimir, the number 3 on the most wanted list, just after Mladic and Karadzic.
During that same timeframe the Gouvernment of the Netherlands was sued by the women of Srebrenica, who marched to the International Court in The Netherlands to file the legal documents.

I asked to keep an eye on Mladic and karadzic and on those (politically) responsible for the Srebrenica Massacre and look what actually happened during the timeframe:

Its the first time that 2 Dutch soldiers were killed on same day during this peacekeeping mission in Uruzgan. The soldiers were killed by friendly fire.
The troops that didn't protect the people of Srebrenica, the inital event of this timecoded pattern, are now killing their own on the next hit of the timecoded pattern

The 'message' becomes clear further down the timecoded pattern. Those responsible for the Srebrenica massacre will have to deal with their responsibilities sooner or later. The same underlying timecoded pattern that took out Arkan, Milosevic, Tolimir and that brought the women of Srebrenica, who lost their men and sons, to The Netherlands in order to sue the Dutch gouvernment, is now showing this terrible incident with Dutch soldiers shooting at eachother killing 2 and wounding more.

The underlying Design is unveiling the profound truth behind the events in our reality. The decission not to protect the people of Srebrenica, with thousands of muslim men and boys shot to death as a result, is the same as killing your own.

This pattern will continue and shows a next hit in August 2008. Mladic and Karadzic are still out there. It could be that an related conviction will happen, or that they are arested. Or maybe it becomes clear who's responsible for the refusal of air support.

Georgia tycoon death 'suspicious'

British police have said they are treating as "suspicious" the death of Georgian tycoon and opposition politician Badri Patarkatsishvili.
Mr Patarkatsishvili, 52, died in Leatherhead, near London, on Tuesday. His aides said he had a heart attack.

Mr Patarkatsishvili financed his own campaign in January's presidential poll won by incumbent Mikhail Saakashvili.

He was later charged with plotting a coup in connection with anti-government protests last year.

He lived in self-imposed exile in Britain and Israel.

Post mortem examination

"Police were called to an address in Leatherhead in Surrey late yesterday evening (around 2300 GMT) following the collapse and death of a Georgian businessman, Badri Patarkatsishvili who is believed to have been 52," British police said in a statement.

"As with all unexpected deaths it is being treated as suspicious. A post mortem will be held later today to establish the cause of death," it said.

Mr Patarkatsishvili's former business associate, exiled Russian tycoon Boris Berezovsky, also said he died at about 2300 GMT on Tuesday.

Mr Berezovsky said he had seen him that day. He was not ill but complained about his heart, he said.


'Assassination plot'

A supporter of the so-called Rose Revolution which brought Mr Saakashvili to power in 2004, Mr Patarkatsishvili later turned against the government and began financing opposition parties.

The authorities accused him of offering a $100m (£50m) bribe to a senior police official to help him overthrow the government and seize the Georgian interior minister.

He denied the charge, saying that he himself was being targeted in an assassination plot.

But the opposition tried to distance itself from his election campaign, and he came third with just 7% of the vote behind their official candidate Levan Gachechiladze.
