This is intentionally the wrong number (its the "Commercial Accounts Customer Service" line) as the lad will soon find out; however, at the start of the message he is given the actual Customer DisService Line number to call. There are a total of seven levels that takes approximately 2.5 minutes each all the while listening to some of the worst 70's music I could find. Oh, and should the lad press anything besides "1" when prompted to leave a message, back to the start of the line he goes. When he finally reaches the seventh level the message is the same except there is no position given (hmmm?). Level seven then continues to loop indefinitly

Lad wants last digit of mtcn, but has difficulty understanding me. Becomes huffy when asked if he is a male or female & is told he sounds like a girl.

Lad express dissatisfaction that I always am the one to answer because I’m no help. I let him talk to someone else (disguising my voice in falsetto). Lad is given McDuck questions on the phone.

Lad is give even more McDuck questions on the phone. We get part way through the questions and the lad is advised that it is my lunch break and he should call back and start over in about 1.5 hours or 2. Lad calls me an idiot.

Call # 5
I explain to lad that I will send him a Security Code to use on lTV5. Now he explains that he has spent 3 hours on 1TV5 and only got a 9 digit mtcn. Lad becomes frustrated and tells me I will hear from his lawyer.

I won’t even bother posting this call. The same lad calls and says he is the lawyer for Derrick Mark. I just blow him off and he hangs up
