Michael Moore onderzoekt ditmaal het gezondheidsstelsel in de Verenigde Staten en vooral waarom talloze patiënten niet de zorg krijgen die ze moeten hebben, omdat verzekeringsmaatschappijen alles doen om onder de kosten uit te komen en farmaceutische bedrijven hun winsten zo hoog mogelijk willen hebben. In deze documentaire probeert Moore zelf de levens van bepaalde individuen te redden.

Deze was op Canvas gisteravond. Ik heb gekeken voor de uitzending gemist maar is niet verkrijgbaar buiten Belgie....misschien is er versie met Nederlandse ondertiteling ergens te vinden.

Mooie gemaakt, indrukwekkende, trieste film.
Er zou meer van deze soort docu’s zijn – ipv. de gedramatiseerde,gebaseerd op ’n waar verhaal, sanitised,synthetic,sensationistische BS.

Meteen opmerkelijk is de veel beter beeld kwaliteit,Jammer dat de helikopters van 5 of 6 TV zenders zelfde camera apparatuur op 911 helikopters niet hadden.
