The World of Warcraft Trading Card Game was released in October 2006 by Upperdeck Entertainment.
Unlike most card games, Upper Deck is working with Blizzard to have some facets of the card game influence cosmetic aspects of the MMORPG by having cards with special codes that alter an online-character's look in some way.
Unlike most TCGs, the game focuses quite a bit on multyplayer. Upperdeck has already released their first Raid Deck, featuring Onyxia, the Black Dragon. Raid Decks are meant to be tackled by 3-5 players.
A live-action Warcraft motion picture is under development.
In a May 9, 2006 press release, Blizzard Entertainment and Legendary Pictures announced that they will develop a live-action film set in the Warcraft universe. Legendary Pictures has acquired the movie rights for the game universe, and both companies are now focused on translating the Warcraft experience to the big screen. En over DK tanks, werkt best goed. Behalve die ene gisteren die het blijkbaar nooit had gedaan en 20k hp had met kings en fortitude buff

Retri paladins zijn trouwens best sterk . Met die van mij gisteren in heroic UK 1600 dps over de hele run, terwijl ik nog een stuk of 6 greens heb en vrijwel alle blues zijn quest rewards .

Ik was bezig met Loremaster of Eastern kingdoms. Na de quest Nathanos Blightcaller las ik dat dat vroeger met een ~20 man raid gedaan moest worden... Ik vind DK tanks alleen (nog) niet fijn om te healen. Vaak krijgen ze enorm veel schade in vergelijking met een druid, warrior of paladin (met vergelijkbare gear). Maar dat kan natuurlijk ook aan de DK's waarmee ik heb gespeeld liggen. . En voor de grap mgt ook een keer proberen op heroic. En toen ik nog level 73 was heb ik die fel reaver al tot 25% hp neer gekregen solo .
