There's nobody who knows the situation at Barca better than the management and players themselves. With that said, if the press asks the players and the management how things are going in the locker room, it would be stupid to say that there's a bad locker room atmosphere if it can be hidden by the team.
You really think Eto'o resents his teammates? The way he plays on the field, the way he gives it his 100%, the way he came back from injury ahead of schedule to return to the squad, the way he can't stand watching his team lose from the sidelines? Eto'o drips every drop of sweat for his team. Don't make the mistake of buying into the media and thinking that Eto'o was "Jealous of his teammates." Eto'o has worked his ass off since his injury to return to the pitch. He's worked overtime while others arrive to practice late.
Eto'o's absence won't make the locker room atmosphere better. Eto'o was simply pointing out a problem that was already there. A cancer that he wants to get rid of. And as Real Madrid Castilla coach Michel said, what Eto'o said was only "the tip of the iceberg"

Eto'o is like a child. He has a pure heart. Though he may talk TOO fast sometimes, he's always honest and he always speaks from his heart. The media cannot stop blaming and condemning Eto'o for his actions, but most media sources have no F***Ing Idea of what they're talking about or what's going on.
Actually, I think that for once, Eto'o DID think about what he was going to say. There's no doubt that his words have shaken up the locker room, but it wasn't for calling out Dinho or Rijkaard, it was because he uncovered the horrible atmosphere that takes place behind Camp Nou doors. External forces like Rossel and Cruyff are twisting and changing the way things work at Barca, and Eto'o simply had the balls and tell people that it's hurting the team.Rijkaard brings Eto'o in vs. Osasusna @ EL SADAR, one of the most difficult away visits, in a match where Barca hardly has any control on attack. And this is Eto'os first game back from Injury...
Then Rijkaard promises Eto'o 30 minutes vs. Racing. Gives him 5. Eto'o was not jealous of Dinho, nor was he jealous of Lio. He was sour because Rijkaard promised him a recovery schedule, and he didn't keep his word. But instead of telling the press this, he tells the press that ETO'O DID NOT WANT TO PLAY, while the president makes up shit about Eto'o not having warmed up enough. Eto'o could have warmed up as little as possible, if Rijkaard would have kept his word, Eto'o would have jumped right in.
The biggest thing he did though, was to uncover a duel between Laporta and Rossel. It seems that ROnaldinho and Deco lead a group of so called "Brazilians" who still support and listen to Ex Vice-President Sandro Rossell, who left Barcelona a year and a half after Laporta took over. Rossell was the man who brought Dinho to Barcelona, along with a handful of other players. With the two groups (Laportas vs. Rossels) pulling in different directions, Eto'o is stuck in the middle, being the puppet of both groups. He says "Me pasan por detras para darme a palos." - "They pass behind me and hit me with sticks."He also clearly says that Rossel's group should be worried, because he's returning and he will score goals.
Don't be fooled. If you think Ronaldinho sweats for the team more than Eto'o, you should shove Huevos in your mouth. Even while injured, Eto'o has sweat so much more than Dinho has all season.
I love Eto'o. He's a saint. But no doubt that what he has said will affect the team. And notice how quiet the Barcelona captain, Puyol, has become. He's also in the middle of this with Eto'o. More importantly, he knows how much Eto'o dedicates not only to the team, but more importantly, to his team-mates. That's why he doesn't speak against Eto'o.
Ronaldinho is a Ill-mouthed ********-face who deserves little if no respect. I'd rather kiss C. Ronaldo's feet than cheer for that lazy sonuvabicth.

I feel so bad for the way Rijkaard and Ronaldinho hypocritcally disrespected Eto'o.
And if you all don't beleive me, well let me just tell you to keep an eye on Puyol. The man who bleeds Barca and Catalunya. Let him tell you the truth.
