even een kickje omhoog! Heb vrij weinig te doen en benieuwd of mensen nog suggesties hebben kwa goede online docu's! De site van Hollanddoc is compleet vernieuwd en staat erg veel op, ikzelf vond de docu over tienerdealers aangrijpend....

Hier staat heel veel tussen, zijn er zeker een paar aan te raden, maar is heel erg smaakafhankelijk.

Korte filmpjes over James Randi, die zijn leven in het teken zette van zogenaamd paranormaal begaafde mensen te betrappen. Ook ging onderzocht hij de illusies van mensen, en waardoor ze verleidt werden iets aan te schaffen of te doen. Hij probeerde mensen bewust te maken van het risico van illusie, hoe ze makkelijk opgelicht konden worden. etcetera...

Daar heb ik deze lente een marathon van gehouden. Lekker droog, een beetje diepgang en geen onzinnige 3d animaties die er bij elk flut detail bij worden gehaald.

Gewoon Planet Earth downloaden, veel beter word het niet .

In S21, Panh brings two survivors back to the notorious Tuol Sleng prison (code-named "S21"), now a genocide museum where former Khmer Rouge are employed as guides. Painter Vann Nath confronts his former captors in the converted schoolhouse where he was tortured, though by chance he did not suffer the fate of most of the other 17,000 men, women and children who were taken there, their "crimes" meticulously documented to justify their execution.

The ex-Khmer Rouge guards respond to Nath's provocations with excuses, chilling stoicism or apparent remorse as they recount the atrocities they committed at ages as young as 12 years old. To escape torture, the prisoners would confess to anything, and often denounce everyone they knew - though their final sentence was never in doubt.
