Ik geloof idd nog niet echt dat ie gaat optreden.. maar goed, we hopen.

Ik zie hem gewoon nog niet optreden.. Kan het me niet voorstellen.

Maar ik hoop op:

- Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' intro + refrein (Live)
- Beat It refrein (x2) met het dans-stukje erbij (Live)
- Billie Jean Intro (drums + bass) en dan overschakelen naar refrein + 'moonwalk' (Live)
- ff praten met publiek, 'I Love You' uitwisselen met fans.. 'I Love You More' etc.. en dan een volledig liedje.. THRILLER

Wat zou dat ff geweldig zijn zeg..

'Wacko Jacko is back in toon'

DRAWN Michael Jackson looks more animated than usual as he arrives in Britain — thanks to his T-shirt displaying cartoon mutt Pluto.

Jacko, 48, was in London last night as he prepared for his first UK performance in a decade.

He will recreate his Thriller video with dancers at the World Music Awards in Earls Court on Wednesday.

The last time he sang here was at the 1996 Brit Awards when Pulp singer Jarvis Cocker mocked his rendition of Earth Song.

Jacko — cleared of child abuse charges last year — tried in vain to dodge snappers outside his hotel in Bayswater by using a decoy.

Michael Jackson is on notice this morning. In 48 hours, he’s got to show up for the World Music Awards and perform "Thriller."

Think it will happen? The odds are against it. Here’s why.

For one thing, Jackson has a "HIStory" of not going through with promises to do shows. For another, he just doesn’t have the team to get him through this event.

Jackson famously backs out of shows, in fact. Eleven years ago next month, Jackson collapsed backstage at the Beacon Theater in New York while rehearsing a show for HBO. He was taken to the hospital and the show was cancelled.

But sources close to Jackson told me recently that the pop star never considered going through with that show, and the whole "collapse" was contrived so he could get out it.

"He called me and said, 'You don’t think I’m really doing it, do you?'" the source recalled.
If Jackson pulls such a stunt on Wednesday, though, the odds are higher on the chances of ruining what’s left of his career. But staging "Thriller" for an international audience, with no actual manager or production company? That doesn’t seem likely. Currently, Jackson’s only managers are his publicist, Raymone Bain, and his children’s nanny, Grace Rwaramba.

"He has no one who’s ever put on a show around him," one critic says.

Watch for Jackson to invoke a bad back or exhaustion, his two most frequent excuses. But don’t expect him to say he had a spider bite. Jackson used that one three years when he was testifying in a breach of contract lawsuit in Santa Maria, Calif. Later, those close to him admitted that the spider bite was concocted to cover for a home injection that had gone badly.
