Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have agreed upon a custody arrangement for their two sons – at least for the month of January, according to legal documents obtained by PEOPLE.

Spears, 25, will have custody of Sean Preston, 1, and Jayden James, 4 months, most of the time, but Federline, 28, will be allowed to see the boys three times a week for four hours between Jan. 12 and 31 at Spears's residence.

Both parties agreed that the only people allowed at the visitation will be Spears, Federline, a nanny, Spears's personal assistant and household staff.

Meanwhile, Spears is permitted to take the children to Miami from Jan. 5 to 11. She has agreed to keep Federline apprised of her location while in the city.

The arrangement only applies for the month of January, as TMZ.com reported Friday.

Spears filed for divorce on Nov. 7, seeking sole custody of the children; in documents filed the next day, Federline also asked for sole custody.

It's a good thing Britney Spears has paid professionals raising her kids for her!

While she probably sleeps all day, the hard-pAArtying mother of two rages at night. And Monday evening was no exception.

Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that the pop star was spotted at the W Hotel in Westwood, drinking heavily at the Whiskey Blue lounge.

"She entered in a short black and white dress with long black wig," recounts one spywitness. Britney sure is fond of her disguises!

Later on in the evening, Spears changed behind a screen at the bar into a men's white shirt and tiny black booty shorts.

"Britney was making out with a dark hair, bearded man outside in a cabana, but i could not recognize him," says our mole.

Then, after an amarous public makeout session, sources tell us that Spears and her mystery man went into the lobby and got a room for the night!!

And, like a true gentleman, the fella was the one that gave his credit card to the reception desk.

Now, the real question remains...

Who is Britney's new man?

AMSTERDAM - Kevin Federline wil 40 miljoen euro van zijn bijna ex-vrouw Britney Spears, zo melden verschillende media vrijdag. Als de popzangeres ingaat op deze eis zal Federline de strijd om de voogdij opgeven.

In november diende de 25-jarige Spears de scheidingspapieren in bij de rechtbank. De zangeres en Federline hebben samen twee zoontjes, Sean Preston en Jayden James. Spears liet in de scheidingspapieren optekenen dat ze de voogdij over de kinderen wil.


Federline gaat daar niet mee akkoord. "Kevin geeft de strijd alleen op als Britney met geld over de brug komt", zo zeggen bronnen rondom de rapper.

Geschrokken

Naar verluidt zou Spears erg geschrokken zijn van het voorstel van Federline. "Ze is bang dat Kevin haar financieel uitkleedt", zo zeggen vrienden van Spears. "Ze moet er niet aan denken dat ze haar kinderen verliest."

Eerder deze week werd bekend dat de twee een tijdelijk akkoord hebben bereikt om het hoederecht over hun kroost te delen. Dit akkoord is echter maar een maand geldig. Federline mag de kinderen momenteel drie middagen per week bezoeken in het huis van de zangeres.

Britney Spears is bezig aan een nieuw album dat deze zomer zou moeten uitkomen, maar dat lijkt niet echt vlot te verlopen. De platenfirma heeft het ook bijzonder moeilijk met het negatieve imago dat ze de voorbije maanden heeft verworden door haar onophoudelijke fuiven.

Hoewel Jive Records de voorbije weken publiekelijk in de bres is gesprongen voor Spears, maken ze zich achter gesloten deuren ernstig zorgen over haar drankmisbruik. Spears is dan ook een van de grootste (lees: meest lucratieve) artiesten bij Jive. Dat haar fansite is opgedoekt en fans massaal afhaken, pleit al evenmin in haar voordeel.

Vorige week ging Spears nog relaxen in de vijfsterren Santuary Health Spa in Arizona, maar enkele dagen later hing ze al weer in nachtclub Les Deux in Los Angeles, waar ze bleef tot halfdrie 's nachts. Op nieuwjaarnacht stortte ze in tijdens een feest in Las Vegas.

Britney Spears heeft al weer mannelijk gezelschap gevonden. Afgelopen weekend ging ze zeilen met ene Isaac Cohen. Hij is een nog niet zo populaire acteur en model.

Isaac nam Britney mee op een boottripje met een jacht langs de kust van Malibu. De volgende dag zagen ze elkaar in het W Hotel in Los Angeles, waar ze de nacht zouden hebben doorgebracht.

Brit en haar nieuwe verovering werden gefotografeerd op de boot.

The model/actor/wannabe sat down with the News Of The World for this enlightening interview:

- "She loves sex and is incredibly adventurous. She was totally happy when we were locked in each other's arms. But once the sex stopped Britney was like a little girl lost, unable to cope.
- "She would lie like a limp rag doll in my arms and and say, 'Why can't everyone leave me alone?' and, 'What have I done to deserve this?'"
- "By the time I met Britney she was burnt out. She knew she had been drinking and partying as a way to try to banish the bad stuff from her life. Far from the trashy drunk, I saw a very shy, sweet girl who was just desperately sad about what had happened with her marriage.

TMZ has learned that while Britney Spears checked-in to rehab, she refused to stay and checked out -- less than twenty-four hours later!

As "EXTRA" first reported, the pop star entered a rehab facility two days ago. Now TMZ has learned that the center was located outside of the country, and she refused to stay.

TMZ is told that Britney checked in at the urging of friends and family, after being seen intoxicated in public places and was so "exhausted" on New Year's Eve she collapsed.
