WE ARE DONE!!!!!!! wow, what seemed like a project with no end in sight has finally come to an end. well almost....i guess we still have to get it all mixed. i'm very very excited about how everything has turned out and i feel really confident in every single song. i feel like we really accomplished our goal of getting a recording that has feel and translates a good energy throughout. i can't wait to hear it all mixed, and i can't wait to share what we've been completely immersed in for the last year with all of you. for now, the record is slated to be released mid september. we packed up all our gear and it's on it's way home and we shall be on our way home tomorrow as well. i can't wait to be home. it will be nice to have a few days at home before we set off. see ya'll soon at the warped tour!

Blood Clots And Black Holes en Paper Tiger vind ik echt vet. Maar inderdaad, heel het album Artist In The Ambulence is cool. Ik ben ook wel benieuwd.
Thrice! Wat een geweldige band Identity Crisis, hun eerste cd, vind ik nog steeds het best. Heb vorige week de dvd aangeschaft en die is ook behoorlijk cool Ik kan niet wachten tot het nieuwe album en een nieuwe tour
Thrice is geweldig!
Ik heb hun voor het eerst, en laatst gezien in Engeland in oktober 2003. The artist in the ambulance is werkelijk een van de beste cds die ik ooit heb gehoord - dit heeft mij ook vanuit de heay metal/hardcore metal naar de screamo, emo, punk, etc... gebracht.
En, ze doen ook nog heel veel voor goede doelen!

Saai nummer Waar zijn de snelle gitaar riffjes? en het "we are the image of the invincible" heb je ook na 2 keer wel gehoord Als dit een van de betere nummers van de cd moet zijn (single?) dan voorspel ik weinig goeds.

AFI is geen emo, misschien enkele nummers.

Bij Artist in the Ambulance ben ik afgehaakt, het album daarvoor was daarentegen grandioos.

The holidays lead to family fun, and in this case, too much fun.
In his first night home from a long year of touring, lead guitarist and vocalist Claudio Sanchez of the New York rock band, Coheed and Cambria suffered a broken hand while "sparring" with his brother, Matthew. Matthew Sanchez is a boxer, and was clearly the winner of this one. The injury, fittingly nicknamed a "boxer's fracture", involves the ring finger and small finger of the right hand. The injury requires 3 weeks in a cast and a week or two of physical therapy.
Brother Matthew has inspired two characters in the Coheed and Cambria concept records; “Matthew” is a son of Coheed and Cambria in the story, and “Inferno” is the brother of Coheed, who is a Prize Fighter and modeled loosely after the younger Sanchez.
The band will be forced to postpone a portion of their upcoming tour dates in Europe with Thrice. Tickets should be held on to until new dates are announced in the coming week. They can then be refunded or exchanged for the new date. The make up shows will not be with Thrice, however, all shows in the UK will not be affected and will go on as planned.
The following dates have been postponed.

nieuwe concert dinsdag 2 mei, voorprogramma hundred reasons en the valley arena. kosten E10 +lidm.
ken het voorprogramma niet, maar ga wel heen. hopelijk spelen ze niet al te veel van de laatste cd, die vind ik nogal whiney. maar ik denk eigenlijk van wel.
