Pisstank
(irritant, Tigerbeat6, Kool.Pop)
(founder of Irritant Records)
Pisstank hails from North London and first released amiga-produced lofi breakcore on
irritant records and the legendary Berlin label Kool.Pop (melt banana, dj scud, something j, etc) way back in 1998.
Releases followed on Guncourt/Wabana, 555 Recordings, Cavage Records and Tigerbeat6,
including split-singles with Lesser and Kid606.
A pisstank live show in London is a rare occasion - he has only ever played twice in his hometown!
but has played numerous shows in Japan, USA, Belgium, Germany and France,
with his 100% party breakcore and happy hardcore mashups.
The AmigaPunk is back with a set of absolute maximum rave mentalism.
Pianos! Horns! Hoovers! 200bpm happy gabba breakcore, only for the headstrong.
Bring your glowsticks!
'The Doubtful Guest'
(Rephlex, Seed, Adaadat, irritant)
making sublimely twisted unique acid house and enjoying regular support slots for the likes of
Aphex Twin, Luke Vibert and Ceephax Acid Crew.
She has released on compilations by Seed and Adaadat and is currently finishing on her first full-length.
Straight outta Chicago, we are proud to present
The Doubtful Guest aka Libby Floyd, the queen of the 303.
Fucked up hard acid trax point the listener to a dark, uncomfortable place.
According to Seed Records:
"started life as a classically trained voice from one of the world's top 5 conservatories,
before moving to London to write on her computer instead of sing what was already written.
While she no longer performs in operas as often as once she did, her caustic blend of
schizophrenzic drum n bass inspired drum frenzy with lush electro-acoustic sound exploration and
a 20th century mind for sublimely fragmented melody
has been rocking and shocking dance floors in London for the last 2 years."
This Wreck Havoc also is the release party of Ketacore 01 keta001infosheet.pdf
