Breakcore is trouwens echt tof, al houd ik meer van het wat simpelere werk. Dus meer breaks die de beat ondersteunen (beetje vaag geformuleerd, maar denk aan het Deathchant werk), dan echt tracks die puur uit breakbeats bestaan.

Breakcore Galore: Candie Hank (EC8OR/Patrick Catani)
Breakcore Galore betekent heftige breaks, vette beats en hemeltergend mooie melodiën: genres als breakcore, electronix, electro en tekno confronteren elke bezoeker met het feit dat de grenzen van de waanzin nog bij lange na niet bereikt zijn. één van de optredende artiesten is Patrick Catani, die onder verschillende aliassen al veel platen uitbracht. Zijn eerste kleine succes was EC8OR, waarmee hij in de tweede helft van de jaren '90 platen uitbracht bij Alec Empire's DHR-label. Zijn platen uit die tijd zijn staaltjes van compromisloze electronica met shockerende teksten. Daarna bracht hij platen uit onder verschillende namen, waarvan Test Tube Baby en Candie Hank de bekendste zijn. Bovendien maakt hij deel uit van de Poppenkast-hiphopshow The Puppetmastaz. De rest van de line-up wordt z.s.m. bekend gemaakt.
