It's the intro to "Rock of Ages" from the Pyromania album, and the Offspring recently stole it and used it as the intro to "Pretty Fly (for a White Guy)". I have NO idea what it means, only that these days anyone under 25 associates it with the Offspring and not Def Leppard. But that's how it goes, I suppose.
Gunter glieben glauchen globen" is what the lyrics sheet I had, listed it as..according to the Def Leppard FAQ:
There are a lot of different stories here. Here are a few options: - Gunter Glieben Glauchen Globen - Gunter Gliechen Glauben Globen - Unter Lieben Glauten Globen
The only true story is that it's Mutt Lange who says those words. It seems that Mutt got tired of saying the same old 'One, two, three, four' at the start of the song, and that he started to say meaningless words instead of counting.
There are a couple of other stories floating around, which are all NOT true:
It's Rick Allen talking some gibberish. Not true. True is, that he does say it sometimes when the band plays the song live.
Some people claim that those words are some strange language, and that it means 'Running through the forest silently'.
Also, the words could be German. 'Glauben' means 'believing', 'unter' means 'under' and 'lieben' means 'loving'. The other words could also mean something German, but I don't have a clue...
Finally (this one is funny), the story goes that the words are from the Swedish cook of the Muppet Show!

Pretty Fly
(Print the Lyrics)
give it to me baby
uh hu uh hu
give it to me baby
uh hu uh hu
give it to me baby
uh hu uh hu
and the girlies say im pretty fly for a
white guyuno, dos, tres, quatro, cinco, cinco, seis
You know it's kind of hard
Just to get along today
Our subject isn't cool
But he fakes it anyway
He may not have a clue
And he may not have style
But everything he lacks
Well he makes up in denialSo don't debate, a player straight
You know he really doesn't get it anyway
He's gonna play the field, and keep it real
For you no way, for you no way
So if you don't rate, just overcompensate
At least you'll know you can always go on ricki lake
The world needs wannabe's
So(hey, hey) do that brand new thinggive it to me baby
uh hu uh hu
give it to me baby
uh hu uh hu
give it to me baby
uh hu uh hu
and all the girlies say Im pretty fly for a white guy
He needs some cool tunes
Not just any will suffice
But they didn't have ice cube
So he bought vanilla ice
Now cruising in his pinto, he sees homies as he pass
But if he looks twice
They're gonna kick his lily assSo don't debate, a player straight
You know he really doesn't get it anyway
He's gonna play the field, and keep it real
For you no way, for you no way
So if you don't rate, just overcompensate
At least you'll know you can always go on ricki lake
The world needs wannabe's
The world loves wannabe's
Let's get some more wannabe's
so (hey, hey) do that brand new thingNow he's getting a tattoo
He's gettin' ink done
He asked for a '13', but they drew a '31'
Friends say he's trying too hard
And he's not quite hip
But in his own mind
He's he's the dopest tripGive it to me baby
uh hu, uh hu
Give it to me baby
uh hu, uh hu
uno, dos, tres, quatro, cinco, cinco, seisSo don't debate, a player straight
You know he really doesn't get it anyway
He's gonna play the field, and keep it real
For you no way, for you no way
So if you don't rate, just overcompensate
