Meh....theatrical, kitschy, retro,fantasy, parody, fun,play-acting, tongue-in-cheek entertainment. There were some great 'goth' bands back in the day. Twin Temple seems a bit like a sophisticated, polished version of 'goth' or 'psychobilly' a la the amazing Cramps.

But anyway, all that Crowley stuff is mythology. There's also some article about him being a British spy/agent/spook, which wouldn't surprise me.
Michael Aquino, Anton Le Vay etc....fantasists, spooks, actors, whatever. I can't take any of the satanist stuff seriously.
The 'devil', murder, death etc. have always been themes in blues,country,rock'n'roll music. We could easily fill up a whole thread with it.
