What does the draw include?
The national sides in Pot 1 will be drawn after the four League A winners of the UEFA Nations League have been drawn into groups, organized from A to D. The six national sides in Pot 1 will be drawn in groups from E to J. Next, it will be the turn of Pot 2, with ten groups, followed suit by Pots 3, 4 and 5. National teams from Pot 6 will be drawn in groups from F to J.

How do squads qualify for the 2020 EURO?
A country would qualify for the 2020 EURO if it places between the first two positions. That is the only viable option to reach the championship finals stage, which will be held from June 12 to July 12 2020. Furthermore, there will be 4 places.In addition, there will be 4 places to be allocated for play-offs among the 16 winners of the 16 groups of the UEFA Nations League. If any of these teams achieves automatic qualification through their group for EURO 2020, the next best-ranked squads in their league will be eligible for the play-off.

If a league does not have all four positions cover, the remaining places will be occupied by other leagues according to the UEFA Nations League ranking.
