Niet volgens de regels in Appendix L van de Sporting regulations (die ik in het vorige topic heb gequote). Ik denk dat de aanvraag van de superlicentie nog niet rond is. Dat moet via de lokale autosportbond (in dit geval de Thaise).

While nine of the grid's teams set about adding to their mileage totals this afternoon, Williams remain stuck on zero laps with the new FW42 still not ready to run.
We've had no further news about their schedule for the rest of the week but what is clear is that "more likely than not" being able to run today has turned into definitely not.
Robert Kubica, one of the team's two 2019 drivers, has arrived in the paddock this afternoon despite not yet having anything to drive and hopefully Williams can get their pre-season up and running at some point tomorrow. But we wait to hear more news...
