Vandaag komt de nieuwe patch uit.

KCD zat bij mijn Xbox one aanschaf inbegrepen tweedehands. Was wel benieuwd naar de game, maar ik had hem nog niet gekocht voor de pc of PS4 pro. Moet enorm wennen aan het first person view. Had ik ook met Sea of Thieves trouwens. Third person view is zoveel idealer om de simpele reden dat je zoveel meer overzicht hebt.

Maar ik moet zeggen dat de game tof is. Goed ik heb The Witcher 3 niet gespeeld, maar Skyrim en Game of Thrones ken ik natuurlijk wel. Net zoals Age of Empires. Dus de setting trekt me wel. Qua eten/drinken en slaap in de gaten houden doet het mij denken aan Fable en GTA San Andreas. Vond ik in beide games drie keer niks om dat maar bij te houden. Maar ach, het levert wel grappige situaties op. :D

Nee, das nu net een genre die mij weinig boeit. Was wel fanatiek met Battlefield Heroes maar dat was gelukkig een third person shooter.

Maargoed, al is het wennen. Het staat mij niet in de weg om KCD uit te spelen (en zoiets als Sea of Thieves omwille van de setting te blijven spelen) En toch als het kan zou ik zo switchen naar third person modus. ^O^

Nauwelijks. Heb net de eerste tutorial beginquest doorlopen die Henry van zijn pa krijgt. Dacht de dronken gast wel te kunnen overtuigen dat als ie niet een deel nu zou betalen Henry zijn pa nog wel een appeltje met hem te schillen had. Vond ie niet leuk en dus meteen een knokpartij :P

Dus alle vrienden sprinten er van door, ik werd ingehaald door de bewakers en in het gevang gesmeten :') Maar aldaar nu overtuiging faalde besloot ik aan prisonbreak te doen :7

Ik heb mij in die beginuren goed weten te vermaken. Het begon al met dat Henry honger had. Dus ik alle potten en pannen leeggeroofd in huis, alle proviand kasten leeggetrokken en het op een schranspartij gezet. Liep ik naar buiten en ik zag een icoontje met een varken ter indicatie dat ik teveel had gegeten _O- Zulke humor, ja daar hou ik wel van. Sowieso het reputatie systeem soortgelijk in Fable vind ik wel chill.

Ben nog niet echt verder gegaan simpelweg omdat ik nog geen schnapps kan maken en je op de Xbox one geen savemod kunt krijgen voor zover ik weet. Dus dat betekent lange gamesessies ipv even kort wat doen. Plus ik heb met Horizon, God of War, Sea of Thieves al genoeg te gamen /luxeprobleem.

New features:
• Henry can now wash away his sins by buying indulgences in churches.
• Physically simulated women’s clothing added.
• We scattered 16 new lore books around the world.
• Any forgotten or despawned quest items will now be moved to the gravedigger’s chest and the player will be notified via new quest “Lost and Found”.

Fixed issues:
• Guards no longer drop halberds. All previously dropped halberds deleted. This should fix many performance and camera twitching issues.
• Several bugs that caused abnormal CPU usage fixed. This should improve performance for many players.
• Optimized lighting in battles should give the player few more FPS.
• Several crashes at the beginning of the first two quests fixed.
• Any remaining issues with going through doors should be fixed.
• Slow loading of detailed textures after long game sessions fixed.

Don't expect anything too special from this DLC. It was free for the Kickstarter backers, and you should view it in that light: if you want to support the developer of an awesome historical RPG, it's money well spent. But if you *only* want to get more content for an already large game, you might want to skip this one. ;-)

Contains a couple of hand-drawn maps leading you to treasures hidden in the world. Reading the maps and looking for the treasures is fun (no quest markers on your compass, you really have to work/think to find the spot marked by the X), but the core game already contains quite a few maps like that. The treasures in this batch contain pieces of a unique set of armor, which looks nice and is quite strong, but again, nothing too extraordinary.

Een heel mooi lijstje al zeg ik het zelf. Ben vooral blij met de 'Unabel to load Save File' update aangezien mij dat echt uren gekost heeft.
