I have no reason to believe you that a particular person existed and/or was killed just because you say you 'know' someone via-via. I also 'knew' someone who claimed to have lost 3 family members and after closer scrutiny of their story - it turned out to be BS.
We really KNOW only a few people in our lives. Some of our nearest and dearest may shock or surprise us.
