Javairo DilrosunClub: Manchester City (voorheen Ajax)
Positie: middenvelder
Geboortedatum: 22 juni 1998

To say that Dilrosun was an early developer is an understatement to say the least. He was a mere four years old when Arsenal were given dispensation by the Dutch FA to let him train with them (ASV Arsenal in Amsterdam that is). He was a sensation as he rose through the youth teams at ASV Arsenal and it did not take long until Ajax snapped him up. However, the Dutch club have a policy of not offering players a contract until they are 17 so, as so often, the English clubs came circling. Chelsea and Manchester City were interested and the creative, quick and skilful attacking midfielder chose the latter. Dilrosun is renowned for his work ethic, and combine that with his goals - he scored three in an Under-18 friendly against England at the beginning of 2015 for example - and it is clear that City have a hugely talented player on their books. What made the hat-trick against England even more satisfying was that three of his City team-mates were on the opposing team. Bart Vlietstra @BVlietstra
Justin BijlowClub: Feyenoord
Positie: keeper
Geboortedatum: 22 januari 1998

The teenager started his Feyenoord career with the amateurs but was soon asked to join the professional academy. Biljow is excellent in one-on-one situations and has a good mentality. Feyenoord coaches often praise his ‘good attitude’ and he has already played for the Dutch Under-19 team. If he continues to improve he is more than likely to replace his idol, Kenneth Vermeer, as Feyenoord’s No1 goalkeeper. Girlfriends, however, have to wait. Asked recently by Feyenoord TV to choose between a girlfriend and football, he replied: ‘Football of course. A relationship with a girl can end and with football you can earn some money. It’s more valuable for me to invest in that now than in a girl.’ His aim is to one day play for a Premier League club. Bart Vlietstra @BVlietstra
Timothy Fosu-MensahClub: Manchester United (voorheen Ajax)
Positie: verdediger
Geboortedatum: 2 januari 1998

Calling a player 'the next Paul Pogba' will have mixed connotations for Manchester United fans but that is the tag that has accompanied Fosu-Mensah since his arrival from Ajax for £300,000 a year ago. In truth, the two are rather different: Fosu-Mensah has played most of his football in central defence, his strength and passing range standing out in youth football, although he has also appeared in midfield and his future may lie there. The Holland Under-17 captain has moved up to United’s Under-21 team this season and is earmarked for a quick progression to first-team contention. Nick Ames @NickAmes82
