Laatste jaar samenvattingen bij de NOS. Moest er ooit van komen.quote:Tot en met het seizoen 2004-2005 vormde het eredivisievoetbal traditioneel de hoofdmoot van de zondagavonduitzendingen. Ook van andere topsportevenementen werd en wordt verslag gedaan. Zeker toen het sportaanbod op televisie nog schaars was, werd in veel Nederlandse gezinnen de zondagse agenda altijd afgestemd op Sport in beeld, zoals velen het programma tot jaren na de naamsverandering bleven noemen. Studio Sport was met het voetbal op zondagavond vaak het best bekeken programma van de week, maar na het verlies van de televisierechten op de samenvattingen van de Eredivisiewedstrijden aan Talpa verminderde het aantal kijkers tot gemiddeld een miljoen.
De televisierechten voor het eredivisievoetbal werden in 2005 gekocht door de zender Talpa. De NOS heeft toen onder meer als vervanging de televisierechten gekocht van de samenvattingen van wedstrijden uit de Engelse Premier League.
Op 10 maart 2008 werd bekendgemaakt dat de samenvattingen van de Eredivisie voor 5 jaar terug zijn bij de NOS. De zondagavonduitzending zal hierdoor traditioneel om 7 uur beginnen. Het gemiddeld aantal kijkers is in 2011 2,8 miljoen.

• Zondagavond prima deluxe om 19:00 op Nederland 1 met Tom
