Flickr! #5 - Met een bizar nieuw design!

Ik ben juist een Flickr user tegengekomen die mij ging volgen.

Zoveel volgers heb ik niet dus ik ging eens kijken wat die persoon aan uploads had; kom ik mijn eigen foto tweemaal tegen.
Na z'n stream eens beter bekeken te hebben bestaat die geheel uit foto's van andere Flickr-users en andere bronnen.

Ik heb Yahoo erachteraan gestuurd en die twee uploads zijn nu verwijderd.
De rest van z'n stream is niets aan veranderd zo lijkt het.

Wel interessant; terwijl ik zat te zoeken naar mijn foto, zie ik dezelfde foto op deze site staan...

Pixsy is een aardige site die kijkt of je foto's elders worden gebruikt maar die is dus blijkbaar niet bepaald zonder gebreken.

Een andere (spam)user zit allerlei foto's te dumpen op skyscrapercity.com en daar zitten ook veel foto's van mij bij...

Kom er net achter dat je als non-pro User je foto in maximaal 30 groepen mag plaatsen.
(En een pro-user in 60).
Dit was voorheen maximaal 5000 groepen.

Dit om spammers tegen te gaan.

Maar als je Flickr aangeeft dat een user je fotos jat (sterker nog; hun hele stream is van anderen gejat) dan krijg je daar nooit wat van te horen (totdat je zelf opzoekt of ze jouw foto nog hebben staan) en bestaat dat hele account nog...

If you do not delete your account by May 25, 2018, your Flickr account and data will transfer to SmugMug and will be governed by SmugMug’s Terms and Privacy Policy.

Dit is misschien nog niet eens een hele slechte zet. iig mijlenver beter dan Verizon als eigenaar, smugmug is best wel tof, maar minder bekend hier in europa denk ik.
