Qua win streak zou Stefan het wel verdienen ja. Maar niemand die overtuigd is of hem op dit moment als serieuze kandidaat ziet. De kans dat hij van Cain wint lijkt haast niet te bestaan. Misschien dat hij iets voor elkaar kan krijgen met z'n BJJ maar Stefan kennende gaat hij gewoon traden met Cainquote:

He kept his hands low like he did against Lesnar to better defend the takedown but it's risky to just drop your hands like that. Bigfoot basically played the Rope-A-Dope on Overeem. He fought conservatively and defensively for the first two Rounds and then saved enough energy for a quick barrage in the 3rd Round. I don't think Overeem was so gassed that he would have been finished off in the 3rd Round no matter what. He had the stamina to get through that Round. The problem is that once he got hit (he got hit because he was ducking his head to avoid punches without covering up) he didn't recover and Bigfoot capitalized.
It seems that when Overeem tires his instinct is to cover up and not retaliate until his opponent's attack is finished. This leaves him vulnerable to aggressive strikers who have the ability to finish him off when he is hurt. Sadly Overeem has had this problem his entire career it just took someone with a good gameplan to exploit it. I hope Overeem comes back more humble and fights more intelligently next time around. I would like to see him fight Bigfoot again some day. His next fight should be against Junior Dos Santos.
