Daarin stond dat de Belastingdienst vanwege de betalingen onenigheid met Moszkowicz had.
De advocatenorde stelde een onderzoek in en besloot uiteindelijk een tuchtzaak aan te spannen. De orde zag geen omstandigheden die de grote contante betalingen rechtvaardigden. De advocaat had volgens de orde over de betalingen moeten overleggen.
