Verder, qua kleur wel maar niet echt qua medailles. Verwijlen en de judoequipe hadden voor 3/4 medailles moeten zorgen, verder v. Rijsselberghe, 4x100 dames, Kromo x2, Dressuur, roeien.. vind 17 dan ook veel.

Frankrijk heeft toch ook prima Spelen. Riner zorgde voor alweer het zevende goud. In peking hadden ze er de hele Spelen voor nodig om dat aantal te halen.
