Diaz als fighter is fantastisch, maar als persoon heeft hij een hoop steekjes los zitten. Zijn broertje ook, maar een stuk minder, en Nate's "I don't give a fuck"-instelling maakte seizoen 5 van TUF het leukste seizoen tot nu toe.

Oh, en Mayhem zou Diaz natuurlijk een pak slaag geven

According to a report filed by The Los Angeles Times, UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez will return to action Nov. 19 at the HP Pavilion in San Jose, Calif.

Citing Zuffa chairman Lorenzo Fertitta, the report confirmed that No. 1 contender Junior dos Santos will be the other man in the cage if and when the champion resurfaces in the Octagon this fall.

Sherdog.com contacted the Velasquez camp on Thursday evening and was told the champion expected to return to the cage in either November or December, which lines up with The Times' report.

Velasquez has not seen action since capturing the heavyweight title via first-round TKO over massive belt holder Brock Lesnar in October. The undefeated champion made his UFC debut in 2008 and has dominated his Octagon peers, only going the distance once as a pro.

Following his win over Lesnar, the American Kickboxing Academy standout underwent surgery to repair a torn right rotator cuff sustained during the bout and has been in recovery for several months.

Known for his precision punching and knockout power, Dos Santos has won eight-straight bouts. The Brazilian holds notable wins over Fabricio Werdum, Mirko Filipovic and Roy Nelson.

The 26-year-old most recently battered Shane Carwin at UFC 131 to earn his status as No. 1 contender, nearly finishing the American in the first round with strikes. Carwin staved off the finish, however, hanging tough to endure two more rounds of punishment en route to a unanimous decision in favor of the Brazilian.

Most likely to create a BUZZ – Alistair Overeem vs. Fabricio Werdum

No matter how this fight plays out inside the cage on Saturday Night, social networks will be buzzing following the fight. Should Overeem avenge his loss to Werdun, talk will be of Overeem’s continued dominance and when will he be in the UFC. If Werdum makes it back to back wins over Fedor and Overeem, the buzz will be twice a loud as it was after submitting Fedor.

Most likely to disappoint – Josh Barnett vs. Brett Rogers

Ring rust, Wrestler vs. Striker and drug tests are just a few reasons why this fight has a high potential to disappoint. Both fighters have been out of action longer then normal as Barnett last fought 11 months ago, while Rogers fought 8 months ago. Barnett is going to look to avoid the big punch of Rogers and take the fight to the ground, where he has the superior skills. We could be in for a grinding 15 minutes that is sure to put a frown on faces everywhere. Do I even need to explain the drug test part?

Most likely to go the distance – Gesias Cavalcante vs. Justin Wilcox

Wilcox wins 73% of the time by decision and when Cavalcante losses a fight it’s 100% of the time by decision. Wilcox is on a six fight winning streak, while Cavalcante has lost 3 of his last 4. It all points to Jimmy Lennon Jr. reading the judges score cards.

Most likely to have an upset – Daniel Cormier vs. Jeff Monson

Cormier comes into the fight as the betting favorite but Monson will easily be the biggest test for the former Olympic wrestler. Monson is regarded as one of the best submission fighters in MMA, winning 62% of the time via submission. The wrestler in Cormier will look to take the fight to the ground, which will be exactly where Monson wants it.

Most likely to end in the first round – Chad Griggs vs. Valentijn Overeem

These two have a combined 65 MMA fights, yet have only seen the judge’s scorecards twice (both by Overeem). Furthermore 89.2% (58 times) of their fights have ended in the first round; this one will be over quickly.

Most likely to be “Fight of the Night” – Jorge Masvidal vs. K.J. Noons

Both fighters have a boxing background and have only one submission victory between the two. This fight is going to be a stand up fight and someone is either going to get knocked out or it will be 15 minutes of back and forth action.
