This week we have 15 new additions to the iTunes Festival lineup plus news that The Wanted will now perform on 20 July, not 6 July as previously announced.
Arctic Monkeys will play live on 6 July with support from Miles Kane. Please note, if you entered the iTunes Festival ticket competition for 6 July to see The Wanted, your entry is now valid for the Arctic Monkeys + Miles Kane prizedraws. If you would like to apply for tickets to see The Wanted on 20 July, you will need to enter the new ticket competition.
Gwyneth Paltrow, Oscar®-winning actress and founder of goop.com, will be appearing at the iTunes Festival on 5 July as part of a Studio Sessions event to talk about her new cookery book, Notes from My Kitchen Table.
Storytelling singer, Seasick Steve will bring his country blues to the iTunes Festival on 2 July.
Raphael Saadiq will perform live on 17 July. He has been blurring the line between paying homage to classic R&B and helping reinvent (and reinvigorate) the genre since his days with new-jack-swingin' Tony! Toni! Toné!
The following artists have also joined the lineup:
3 July: Dry The River (supporting Manic Street Preachers)
8 July: Ed Sheeran (supporting Bruno Mars)
12 July: Loick Essien (supporting The Script)
14 July: SBTRKT (supporting Friendly Fires)
18 July: Caitlin Rose (supporting Rumer)
25 July: 2CELLOS (supporting Lang Lang)
26 July: Alex Clare (supporting Magnetic Man)
16 July: Ben L'Oncle Soul (supporting Duran Duran)
And finally, we have a new Studio Sessions event on 17 July with Belgian singer-songwriter Selah Sue and French artist MEDI.
Stay tuned for more artist announcements coming up next week.
