quote:Euro PSN Arc I tomorrow ¤4.99, Arc I-III Alundra finally coming
Okay, finally got confirmation this weekend. Arc the Lad I is going up on the European PSN for ¤4.99 *tomorrow*. Arc the Lad II follows in two weeks. Arc the Lad III and Alundra will be after that. Arc I - III are all ¤4.99 each. Don't know the pricing on Alundra yet.
It's been a long wait for these original Arc the Lad titles in Europe, but the wait is finally over, starting tomorrow. Thanks to the European fans for your support and patience! Be *sure* to complete the 50 level dungeon and save the game in Arc I before you start Arc II so you can import it, or you'll miss a very significant part of the Arc II storyline.
Ik dacht dat iedere PS1 game z'n eigen (virtuele) memory card had? Hoe kun je dan gegevens van een ander spel gebruiken?quote:Be *sure* to complete the 50 level dungeon and save the game in Arc I before you start Arc II so you can import it, or you'll miss a very significant part of the Arc II storyline.
Update in de game? Andere firmware? Uitzondering? Mogelijkheden genoegquote:Op dinsdag 4 oktober 2011 10:41 schreef Aether het volgende:

quote:Three Games for the Launch of the PlayStation Network Import Section
Japanese retro fans, get ready! You are about to be immersed in a sea of PS one Japanese gems that never made it to European shores. MonkeyPaw Games is proud to announce the release of the first three titles to the all new PlayStation Network Import section. We will feature direct-from-Japan PS one imports and Classics, including infamous shooter Cho Aniki and the super smooth Arcade Hits: Sonic Wings Special. These shooters have been imported in their original Japanese form. Help can be found at www.monkeypawgames.com
MonkeyPaw Games is also proud to release the first game in the Arc the Lad series, one of the longest-selling RPGs of the PS one era. This classic is in English only and will be the start of many RPGs to come to the PlayStation Network Classic section. Join us as we bring you a taste of Japanese gaming that you’ve never experienced.

quote:Set Your Import Sights On Arcade Hits: Shienryu
Well, the Import Section is now up and running. We hope you’ve had a taste and are looking for more Japanese fun. Our next game from the land of the rising yen is Arcade Hits: Shienryu. Shooter fans will have a blast with this emphatic display of early bullet hell. The game happens to be one of our office favorites so I can tell you that you’ll be satisfied and rewarded by such shooting splendor.
Arcade Hits: Shienryu is the kind of shooter that exemplified the class of firepower that came out of the great shoot’em-up era in Japan. If your eyes could bleed they would after an intense hour with Shienryu. Sure, there were bigger hits in the era, but Shienryu is a standout for its outstanding attention to detail and silky-smooth controls. Allow yourself to immerse in the cockpit of your tactical fighter and watch the full trajectory of shrapnel after you blast it into a thousand pieces.
MonkeyPaw will continue to bring you closer to your Japanese gaming roots. We want to deliver all those lost classics from a far-away land that you never thought you’d get your trigger finger on. Experience this gem and place your mind in Eastern thought.

All I can really do is assure you guys that progress is… slow, but existent. There’s still a mountain of work left to do, though, and we’re still on pretty shaky ground with this title," Tom Lipschultz, Localization Specialist, explained. "The first game hasn’t exactly turned out to be a top-seller for us so far (despite overwhelmingly positive feedback from fans), which means we really can’t justify prioritizing the second (especially given its insane length). But we’re not giving up! We still plan to move forward, slowly but surely, until the project either gets done or becomes completely and totally unfeasible – whichever comes first. If series fans want to hurry us along, they’ll need to convince more people to buy the first game so we can have more funding to hire more people to work on the second, and have bigger numbers to convince our investors that Trails 2 is worthy of being prioritized.

Strategie, turn-based, actie? Kort (< 20 uur), wel/niet uitgebreid verhaal, stijl?
Ik vond Trails in the Sky erg goed.

Hi everyone. I hope all of you like your Trails in the Sky posters. We’ve still got some left, so if you haven’t made your pre-order you know what to do. So far, everything is on track for the big release on the 4th November.
On that note, guess what showed up in the office earlier this week? Yes, we now have a Persona 2: Innocent Sin T-Shirt here at Ghostlight. Any of you want to take a look? Ok then.
That’s not all we’ve got to show you either, as we’ve been busy creating some trailers for you all. So why not take a look?
So what do you think? Pretty cool aren’t they?
There’s just over two weeks to go until your can get to see all of our TitS and play Persona 2: Innocent Sin of course Smile. So, only one question remains: Are you ready?
