Okay so I just rewatched the episode and tried to piece together the "flashback" episodes. Here's what I've got:

*Wild West episode - Based on the fact that only T&A are wearing cowboy outfits, I'd guess that they dragged the group out to a ghost town. They then encounter a racist redneck, change clothes(?) and hop on an old steam engine train (as featured in the MegaWinger speech) to head back to Greendale.

*The Jaws episode - Mostly featured in the MegaWinger speech. Abed dressed as the rowboat guy from the movie, Pierce's harpoon, and mention of a shark (as well as the location) suggest that this episode was pretty much a straight-up Jaws parody.

*St. Patty's Day - Both the scenes from it feature them wearing green hats. Could perhaps be the first part of the Jaws episode, due to them pulling the raft out at a similar location.

*Mercury poisoning episode - Could be complete conjecture here but based on the similar (strange) camera angle I'm going to guess that the group gets mercury poisoning while painting Shirley's nursery. Or perhaps hallucinates painting Shirley's nursery due to mercury poisoning. I'm not too sure.

*The Mexico episode - IMHO the most complete. It starts in the cafeteria with the "caw caw!", which causes the group to become suspicious of Pierce, who then reveals he's been OD'ing on Flu medication. The group then takes a trip to Mexico and get bedbugs. Pierce gets into trouble for drug running (though it turns out it's only flu medication) and they're let go. [NOTE: I know it seems like the beginning and end parts are unrelated but Abed is wearing his "Save The Cape" t-shirt in both the "caw caw" and Piercexcution scene.]

*The Cape episode: Abed watches The Cape, emulates The Cape, the group has a Cape intervention.

*The Ghost story: After talking about it over a campfire, the study group investigates the mystery of a haunted mansion as part of the Dean's new Habitats For Humanity program. They end up meeting the ghost, but blowing up the mansion.

*Caesar Salad episode - The Dean gives out free caesar salad but as we all know, no caesar salad is truly free.

*The Glee episode - After the Glee club is killed, the group takes over and writes and performs an original song (though, perhaps due to the difficulty of writing lyrics, the only lyric is "Sing-a-ling-a-ling-ding-dong").

*The Lady Miss Lady/Haircut episode - The values of masculinity and femininity are examined when Shirley enlists Abed, Britta, and Annie to help her with her pyramid scheme makeup sales job. Meanwhile, Troy and Jeff take a haircutting class.

I think that's it. There's some one-off scenes ("Free iPhones!", jumprope) but I'm not 100% sure where they go. There's also all the driveby Deanings but honestly those could go at the beginning of any episode.

Oh and Abed & Troy in Jeff's sweater is totally a tag, but I have no idea for what episode.
