Ook een leuke test om te maken, maar vooral interessant om te weten hoe de fokkers, of meer specifiek de R&Pers zijn. Vooral op het gebied van emotionele stabiliteit. Ik heb hem al gemaakt, maar vergeten mijn resultaten op te slagen. Ik maak hem later opnieuw en post mijn resultaten.

Komt aardig in de buurt van een echte test bij een assesment.

Ze proberen wel erg te benadrukken dat er geen goed of fout in de persoonlijkheidstypen zijn.
Ik ben individualistic, unorganized, on guard, hesitant, strict en vigilant.
Het is moeilijk voor te stellen dat unorganized zijn en hesistant (wat wordt omgeschreven als 'the opposite of energetic and decisive') iets goeds kan zijn. Vigilant is iemand die zich snel zorgen maakt en snel wordt afgeleid. Individualistic en on guard staan voor dat ik soms direct kan overkomen bij mensen. Strict lijkt erg op introvertie.

Komt voor een groot gedeelte erg overeen maar de vragen zijn wel zo duidelijk dat het redelijk goed te manipuleren is, eens kijken of ik gevoelig en people-minded kan worden

-Planmatig in plaats van (te)flexibel
-Open voor nieuwe ervaringen zijn in plaats van traditioneel
Nja, de laatste twee zijn minder belangrijk, flexibel zijn of traditioneel zijn heeft ook duidelijk voordelen. En bij alle eigenschappen moet je het beste van maken.
Maar iemand die introvert is heeft het iets moeilijker in dit maatschappij dan iemand die extravert is.
Iemand die meer aan de neurotische kant is, heeft het ook moeilijker.
Iemand die onvriendelijk is, heeft het ook moeilijker.
