Ik raak hier van in de war. Als Murray een Mason is die vlak voor MJ zn dood in beeld kwam dan zijn er twee mogelijkheden:

1. Murray heeft MJ vermoord ( CPR op een bed geven, heel lang wachten met 911 bellen enz. )
2. Michael is niet dood het is een hoax. Michael is een mason!? Wat moet hij anders met Murray

En een ander toeval is, dat hoofd politie LA, ook een masonry is.
Na de dood van MJ heeft hij zijn baan opgezegd...

Kan, hoeft niet. In dit geval komt hij er openlijk voor uit omdat hij zich laat fotograferen met mason attributen. De foto is sowieso wel echt.

Ook een vrijmetselaar, gezien zijn referentie als 'broeder' aan Murray.
Dan iets wat me opvalt.. succes houdt 30/33 jaar aan. Specifieke getallen? 33 graden in de vrijmetselaarij..
Plus het laatste is opvallend.. 'broeder' Murray heeft een 'deal' gesloten?

Interessant allemaal en op het engelstalige hoax-forum is er ook veel info over te vinden. Zelf heb ik dat alleen een beetje links laten liggen, maar ik ga eens wat lezen daar en kom met info later terug.
Was een drukke dag hier, dus geen tijd voor verder onderzoek nog gehad ...

Wat ik nog wel even kan melden is dat mijn man een half uurtje terug via de schotel een engelse zender op had staan en hij riep mij dat het over Michael ging. Een docu over de omstandigheden rondom zijn dood. Helaas was het programma bijna afgelopen, maar er kwam nog net een vrouw aan het woord die zei dat er niets klopte van de 911-call !! Daar waren de hoax-believers ook al achter, maar het werd nu wel even bevestigd door een serieus overkomend iemand op tv.

Piepie, zoals je weet heb ik niks met die hoax, maar ik wil dit toch wel even graag rechtzetten.

The affidavit, from Detective Orlando Martinez of the Los Angeles Police Department, outlines probable cause for search warrants on the offices of doctors who are thought to have treated Jackson.

Based on interviews, visits to Jackson's home as well as records and documents gathered during the investigation, the affidavit provides the following account of Jackson's last days:

In May, Jackson hired Murray, a cardiologist. The singer was spending long days rehearsing for concerts that he saw as crucial to reviving his career.

For six weeks, Murray told police that he treated Jackson for insomnia. He said he had been giving the singer an intravenous drip with 50 milligrams of propofol, diluted with lidocaine, every night to help him sleep.

Jackson was already familiar with propofol, a powerful anesthetic, Murray said. The singer even called it his "milk" because of its milky appearance, he said.

With the concerts approaching, Jackson started to need these drugs every night, Murray said -- and the doctor said he worried that Jackson was becoming addicted to propofol. He wanted to wean Jackson off the drug.

Three days before Jackson's death -- on June 22 -- Murray gave the singer a combination of drugs that he hoped gradually would move the singer off propofol.

That mixture involved propofol, the anti-anxiety drug lorazepam (known by its brand name, Ativan) and midazolam (known as Versed). It succeeded in helping Jackson to sleep for that night and the next, Murray said.

At 1:30 a.m. on June 25, Murray decided to forgo the propofol in favor of 10 milligrams of Valium. Half an hour later, with Jackson still awake in bed, Murray injected the singer with two milligrams of lorazepam.

It still wasn't working.

At 3 a.m., Murray gave the singer two milligrams of midazolam, pushed slowly into his IV. And two hours later, with Jackson still awake, Murray administered another two milligrams of lorazepam through Jackson's IV.

The drugs did nothing to help Jackson sleep.

At 7:30 a.m., Murray gave the singer another two milligrams of midazolam in his IV.

By that point, Murray wasn't even leaving Jackson's room anymore, let alone his bedside. The doctor told police he sat next to the singer in his bedroom, monitoring Jackson's pulse and oxygen levels.

More than three hours later, despite a night of medication and doctor's care, Jackson remained awake.

Jackson was repeatedly asking -- even demanding -- that Murray give him more propofol to help him sleep, the doctor told police. So Murray finally administered 25 milligrams of propofol diluted with lidocaine via Jackson's IV drip.

The singer now had his "milk," and it worked. After a restless night, Jackson was finally able to close his eyes and go to sleep.

Murray told police he watched Jackson sleep for about 10 minutes before going to the bathroom. It had been a long night for both of them.

The trip to the bathroom took less than two minutes, Murray told police. But when he came back, he said, he saw Jackson wasn't breathing.

He started cardiopulmonary resuscitation, but it didn't work.

Jackson was rushed to the hospital and pronounced dead later that afternoon.

According to court documents released Monday, Dr. Lakshmanan Sathyavagiswaran, the chief medical examiner-coroner for Los Angeles County, concluded Jackson died of an overdose of propofol.

Sathyavagiswaran reached that preliminary conclusion after reviewing toxicology results carried out on Jackson's blood, according to a search warrant and affidavit unsealed in Houston, Texas.

The coroner's office would not comment on the statements in the affidavit. But Ed Chernoff, Murray's attorney, took issue with some of the information included in the court documents.

"Much of what was in the search warrant affidavit is factual. However, unfortunately, much is police theory," Chernoff said, specifically referring to media reports the coroner would rule Jackson's death a homicide.

The Los Angeles County district attorney's office said it has not yet seen a police report on the case, and no criminal charges have been filed.

Michael heeft er zelfs op gestaan dat Murray ingehuurd werd. AEG wilde dit niet, want te duur etc., maar volgens Randy Phillips, baas van AEG: "you don't argue with the King of Pop".

Phillips said AEG Live advanced Jackson money to pay for Murray's services as part of the production costs. Phillips said he asked Jackson why he wanted Murray with him full-time.

"He just said, `Look, this whole business revolves around me. I'm a machine and we have to keep the machine well-oiled,' and you don't argue with the King of Pop," Phillips said.

The promoter said that sometime in February Jackson submitted to "five-plus hours of physicals that the insurance underwriter insisted on. We were told he passed with flying colors."

Based on those results and the nature of the comeback shows, all of which were to be held at the same venue from July 13 to March, AEG Live wasn't concerned about Jackson's history of medical issues.

"This wasn't as strenuous as a tour. There was no travel," Phillips said. "He and the kids were going to be living in this beautiful home outside London and shows were spread out over six months. For him, it seemed like the perfect way to come back."

Phillips attended Jackson's rehearsal at Staples Center on Wednesday night, when the entertainer was on stage for about three hours before leaving at 12:30 a.m.

"He was dancing as well or better than the 20-year-old dancers we surrounded him with," the promoter said. "He was riveting. I thought we were home free. I thought this was going to be the greatest live show ever produced. He looked great."

Phillips said AEG Live held multiple insurance policies covering cancellation of the shows.

"We had pretty good coverage, but a lot of it is going to depend on the toxicology results," he said. "We need to know what the cause of death was."

Los Angeles attorney Jerry Kroll, who represented the insurer when part of Jackson's "Dangerous" tour was canceled in the 1990s, said claims filed in the current case would surely be in the millions. "This is going to be one of the most watched insurance claims in history," he said.

Records reveal years of financial troubles for Murray _ a 1989 graduate of Meharry Medical College in Nashville _ who practices medicine in California, Nevada and Texas.

Murray's Nevada medical practice, Global Cardiovascular Associates, was slapped with more than $400,000 in court judgments: $228,000 to Citicorp Vendor Finance Inc. in November 2007, $71,000 to an education loan company in June 2008 and $135,000 to a leasing company last September. He faces at least two other pending cases.

Clark County, Nev., court records show Murray was hit last December with a nearly $3,700 judgment for failure to pay child support in a San Diego case, and had his wages garnished the same month for almost $1,500 in a court judgment won by a credit card company. Another credit card claim for more than $1,100 filed in April remains open.

He owes $940 in fines and penalties for driving with an expired license plate and no proof of insurance in 2000.

Earlier Friday, a spokesman for the Los Angeles County coroner, Craig Harvey, said Jackson was taking prescription medications but wouldn't comment on what drugs he was using.

"If the coroner has any unanswered questions, any physician that has rendered any care prior to the death has very critical information," Beck said. He added that investigators are looking at Murray's impounded car for potential evidence.

Murray did not return phone calls placed to his Nevada office Friday.

State medical regulators had no records of any disciplinary actions against him.

A woman who answered the phone Friday at Murray's Houston clinic confirmed to the AP that Murray was Jackson's cardiologist.

Murray's office in Las Vegas was locked and dark Friday. A reporter who tried to visit Murray's Las Vegas home was turned away by two armed guards at the entrance to the gated community where it's located.

Records show Murray had several tax liens filed against him in California and Arizona between 1993 and 2003.

Bovendien vind ik die ketting op zijn linkerschouder erg raar omhoog zitten. En ook zit er op de ketting aan de kant van zijn linkerschouder een raar randje, alsof die niet helemaal netjes is uitgeknipt in Photoshop.
