Ik heb I Bet You Look Good.... aangemaakt voor Guitar Hero III PC versie. Als er iemand is die hem wilt proberen, laat het dan even weten. Bij mij doet het spel zelf het niet, dus heb de song niet kunnen uitproberen.

Arctic Monkeys make an appearance in director Shane Meadows' new movie 'Le Donk', which is set to premiered later this month.
The movie, which premieres at the Edinburgh International Film Festival on June 23, is about a roadie named Donk (played by Paddy Considine) who attempts to make Nottingham rapper Scorz-Ayz-Ee (who plays himself) a star.
Along the way the duo get a helping hand from Arctic Monkeys, as well as 50,000 of their fans at the band's 2007 Lancashire County Cricket Club (Old Trafford) gigs, during which some of the movie was filmed.

Writing on his official forum at Shanemeadows.proboards.com shortly before filming took place, Meadows revealed that he had originally been approached by the Arctic Monkeys about working together.
"A couple of months back I was asked to get involved with shooting a film with the Arctic Monkeys at their Old Trafford concert (happening over the last weekend of July)," he wrote.
He added: "I didn't really see myself making a concert film on a par with 'Woodstock', so declined, but after talking to Paddy [Considine] about how gutted I was that we have never made anything with the character of 'Donk' the penny dropped and I realised that we had a golden platform for 'Le Donk' staring us in the face."
The comedy was shot for £30,000 and is largely improvised, according to Empireonline.com. It will be released on DVD this September.
Meadows has previously directed films including 'This Is England' and 'A Room for Romeo Brass'.
Considine previously starred in Arctic Monkeys' video for their single 'Leave Before The Lights Come On'.

Clash spent some quality face time with exactly 50 per cent of Arctic Monkeys* this week, shortly after we had the chance to listen to the Sheffield band's new album. The biggest difference with this album is the ethereal and psychedelic sounds. Where did the psychedelic influences come from?
Alex Turner: Hendrix is a big thing - we listened to him loads during this. We got into Hendrix as you do: when you first pick up a guitar; you’re like: "Wow, look what he can do with this thing that’s hurting me fingers". But we got back into that, and perhaps appreciated it more and got more into the records than we had before. ‘Electric Ladyland’ and ‘Axis: Bold As Love’ and that. And we were listening to Cream a little bit - there’s some good harmonies and stuff on there, it’s cool. And the drumming on there, obviously...
That’s funny, as they are two bands where every member is playing their instrument as a lead, all competing for space.
Alex Turner: Yeah. I love Ginger Baker’s drumming. That’s summat we were chatting about. It’s laidback... I dunno what it is. And then Josh [Homme] turned us onto a load of things, and that guy Dave whose studio it was - like Roky Erickson and this band called Captain Beyond.
This album might split opinions with fans, as it’s a bold step for Arctic Monkeys. Are you putting this out as a statement of the direction you’re going in?
Matt Helders: Not necessarily. It’s just what happened this time. Next time probably will be different again, so it’s not necessarily that we’re going that way now, it’s just how this one turned out.

Ik heb net even wat live-opnames van de nieuwe nummers beluisterd, inmiddels is er genoeg te vinden in goede luisterbare kwaliteit op YouTube, en volgens mij gaat het nieuwe album echt zeer goed worden. 
Alle nummers klinken tot nu toe zeer goed.

Ik weet nog goed dat ik een broodje aan het halen was bij die snackbar tegenover Paradiso, en ik Alex rustig heen en weer zag lopen over de Weteringschans zonder enige entourage. . Leak dus uiterlijk op 19 augustus. De promo's voor dit album worden pas één week voor de release verzonden, dus een veel eerdere leak lijkt onwaarschijnlijk. Domino is daar zeer strikt in, zie ook de release van de laatste Franz Ferdinand. Die lekte echt niet veel eerder dan de release-datum in Japan/Europa.Is altijd zo, vaste internationale release-dagen. Huh? Begint 3FM 'em weer opnieuw te draaien dan? Dat is dan een individuele actie, want Domino zou een oude TLSP-single nooit uit zichzelf pushen met de nieuwe Arctic Monkeys op stapel, natuurlijk. Vind sowieso dat de Nederlandse radio (zoals gewoonlijk) weer de boot gemist heeft met die single. 3FM heeft "Mistakes" wel kapot gedraaid, terwijl ik dat juist weer de enige Turner-compositie vind waar weinig aan is. Sessions for the as-yet-untitled album were split between those before Christmas on the West Coast with Queens Of The Stone Age's Josh Homme producing, while long-term collaborator James Ford took charge of studio time in New York last month.
The band have yet to pick singles from the album. "There are a few possibilities," Turner told NME. "There's 'Cornerstone' and that 'Secret Door' tune. I need to take a step back and have a listen." Other favourites include album closer 'The Jeweller's Hands', which the band recorded in the desert with Homme. "It's a Dr. Dre-inspired slow jam." said the singer. The band were so keen to experiment with time signatures, they practically invented a new genre with 'Pretty Visitors'. "[The song is] pretty ridiculous," laughed Turner. "It's chap-rock! It's a new thing." The album is due out on August 24, the same week the band are set to headline the Reading And Leeds Festivals.
As previously reported, NME was there in the studio when the band wrapped up the sessions at the Big Apple's Electric Lady Studios and handled it over to Rich Costey for mixing. The producer, who was responsible for Muse's 'Black Holes And Revelations' and Glasvegas' debut, put the finishing touches upstairs from where Arctic Monkeys recorded their final track.
"Rich was up there burning sage while we recorded downstairs," explained drummer Matt Helders. "He told us about the ghost in the studio. There's a little boy or girl down here, and apparently ghosts aren't very fond of sage. Burning it is how you eliminate them. I don't know why Ghostbusters didn't do that, it's a lot easier."
Along with confirming the album tracklisting, the band also confirmed their first headlining gig of 2009 will take place in Paris in Zenith on November 6.
