Het feit dat alles op locatie gefilmd is in Nigeria zorgt voor bloedmooie beelden en van de bijbehorende Afrikaanse muziek krijg ik kippenvel, zo mooi. Het verhaal is op sommige punten een beetje cliché en bijna ongeloofwaardig, ware het niet dat het gebaseerd is op het werkelijke leven van een echt bestaande miljardair.
De serie telt maar 8 afleveringen en ik heb de tijd wel deze zomer om hier 8x45 minuten naar te kijken. Ik ben fan

Na Symer's post besloten ook even te kijken, maar deze serie is niks voor mij. Na 20 minuten was ik al uitgekeken.
Dat de beelden die in Nigeria zijn geschoten mooi zijn ben ik het zeker met je eens .

Ik geef toe dat mijn mening ietwat gekleurd kan zijn doordat de beelden me terug doen denken aan mijn eigen tijd in Afrika ( ). Toch krijgt het ook redelijk goeie kritieken.

Ook kun je spoilers niet lezen als je een ban hebt.Wel jammer dat de hoge productiekosten van alles op locatie filmen eigenlijk garanderen dat er geen tweede seizoen komt, maar gelukkig weten de producers dat zelf ook.
Anyway, gisteren is ook de nieuwe serie Make It or Break It begonnen. Denk eigenlijk dat het meer bedoeld is als vrouwenserie, maar goed, toch maar even een kans geven. Trailer:
