Omdat ik wil weten waar ik op tegen ben. Ik kan wel zeggen ik geloof niet omdat. Maar ik had het er vanavond over en vertelde dus over leviticusen zijn beweringen en vertelde dat dit dus niet in het nieuwe testament stond. En dat bleek dus wel... En dat vond ik schokkend.

Uhm, je hebt de middeleeuwen waarin er vooral de katholieke kijk op het geloof was, wat meer dan de protestanten ingaat op het oude testament. Interpreteer je dit verkeerd krijg je rare dingen uitgevoerd in opdracht van de bijbel.
Het nieuwe testament predikt vooral heel veel liefde, dat is de boodschap van jezus.
Daarnaast worden heel veel kerkelijke stromingen over een kant geschoren. Daarin is (wederom) het katholicisme een van de partijen die was houd aan de oude ideeën. Binnen het protestantisme bestaan veel meer vrijere geluiden.
