Hello All - we've made a change as of 5:30 PM PDT that should have resolved this issue. If you're still experiencing the issue, please post on this thread and let us know, and perform the below steps. You should only perform these steps if you're still experiencing the problem.
These are the steps for the additional network trace, using a 3rd party program called Wireshark.
1. Go to
http://www.wireshark.org/download.html2. Click on "Windows Installer"
3. Click "Run" - This will download and install Wireshark
4. Once the installer starts, click "next"
5. Click "I Agree"
6. Click "next"
7. Click "next"
8. Click "next"
9. Click "install"
10. Click "next"
11. Click "next"
12. Click "I Agree"
13. Click "Finish"
14. Click "Next"
15. Check "Run Wireshark 1.0.8"
16. Click "Finish"
17. Wireshark will now start - to start capturing go to: Capture -> Options
18. Click "Start"
19. Attempt to go to
www.hotmail.com or mail.live.com in your webbrowser
20. After it loads the page, or fails, go back wireshark and go to: Capture -> Stop
21. Save the File by going to File -> Save
22. Name the file and put it in a location you'll be able to find again, and click Save
If you do the above steps, fail to get to the login page, and save a trace just respond here and I"ll send you a private message (which you'll be able to access by clicking on your name in the upper right corner) on where you can send me the trace file.
Also - please try and go to the below addresses and let me know what happens when you try to go to each one.
