The video opens with Till in a long coat dragging a type of flat rowing boat through some tall reeds. Its still daylight and in another location, another bald clone Till waits for his brother (if thats the right terminology for the clone cell donor) in a pit with roughly hewn walls and a lattice grill overhead sealing him in. Its cold, you can see Tills breath as he sings.Meanwhile its now dark and Till is rowing his boat across the water with a lantern perched on the front of the boat. Bald Till looks up through the bars of his prison cage expectantly, thumb in mouth, physically a grown man, but emotionally still a child. He crouches in his prison, beating his knee in frustration.
There are images of the first Till in his long coat, floating in water is he the mother the clone refers to as wanting to drown in the river? Technically, a clone cell donor would be the mother of the clone.
The first Till is still rowing through the night and the mist, the full moon can be seen behind him. Clone Till screams Mutter and his brother finally arrives and places a bowl of some sort of thin gruel on the bars of the grill. Clone Till reaches up and takes the bowl, smiling its the only act of kindness he knows and the only happiness he feels. As he drinks from the bowl, a scar can be seen on the back of his left hand, I dont know if its of significance but its about 3 inches long, its sewn rather crudely, like the stitches seen on the creature in the Frankenstein movies. It could indicate that this clone Till was recently in a lab and fed intravenously.
The first Till looks down at his clone, his face tells a story of anguish and torment yet he turns away and leaves the sad, lonely creature below him and rows away back across the sea, the moonlight flickering across the water. At this point both Tills sing Oh gib mir Kraft / Oh give me strength as they both seem to be prisoners in their own way.
In his prison cage the clone Till curls up in a foetal position in despair.
The last time we see him, hes crouching on the floor and poking at a dead rat bereft of basic human comfort.

De muziek is wel top, en de video's zo ook wel. Alleen jammer dat ze niet goed samengaan. Heb laatst ook de making of (ik d8) links 2,3,4 gezien.
Eindelijk begint rammstein ook hier een beetje populair te worden.
