Waar iedereen eerst benieuwd was waar Natalee Holloway is gebleven, is de grote vraag onder veel internetters nu: waar is Joran? De pas geslaagde MBO-scholieren Bo Pennings (21) en Timo Brock (20) besloten er werk van te maken. Met de site waarisjoran.nl hopen zij de wannabe-vrouwenhandelaar op te sporen.

ORANJESTAD – Het Openbaar Ministerie (OM) op Aruba heeft minister van Justitie Rudy Croes gevraagd om 'voorlopig' geen uitspraken te doen over de zaak-Natalee Holloway.
Dat blijkt uit een toespraak van procureur-generaal Rob Pietersz in het Arubaanse parlement, zo heeft het OM vrijdag bevestigd.
Croes zei begin december dat politiecommissaris Jan van der Straten in 2005 het onderzoek naar het verdwenen Amerikaanse meisje in de beginfase ernstig heeft gehinderd. Van der Straten zou daarmee zijn vriend Paul van der Sloot hebben willen helpen bij het beschermen van diens zoon Joran.
"Het jammer dat de minister dat gezegd heeft", zei Pietersz op vragen na afloop van zijn lezing. Een dag later gelastte hij "op eigen initiatief" en niet op verzoek van Croes een feitenonderzoek naar de beginfase. De Landsrecherche wordt onttrokken aan het politiek commentaar van wie dan ook en kan geen enkele instructie kan krijgen van een ander, aldus de procureur-generaal.
In Nederland heeft Pietersz via het OM ook een beroep op de Rijksrecherche gedaan voor bijstand voor het gedeelte van het onderzoek in Nederland. "Omdat ik weet dat op enig moment in het geheel ook een deel van het onderzoek in Nederland zal moeten plaatsvinden. Onder andere zal ook de persoon die toen de hoofdofficier van justitie was (Karin Janssen) een aantal vragen moeten beantwoorden.
Uit dat feitenonderzoek kan volgens de procureur-generaal blijken dat er sprake is van een ambtsmisdrijf of van een strafbaar feit. "Zonnodig wordt er naar gehandeld. Het kan net zo goed blijken uit de analyse van het feitenonderzoek dat er niets aan de hand is." De Landsrecherche is intussen begonnen met het horen van mensen.

De vraag is of Pietersz, zonder de uitspraken van Croes, ook een feitenonderzoek zou hebben gelast . .
Eigenlijk vind Pietersz het dus onzin maar doet voor de goede orde toch meer een onderzoekje?
Laten we hopen dat het een serieus onderzoek betreft en niet een `Arubaans` onderzoekje, want die indruk krijg ik wel na het lezen van de redenering van deze man

Volgens Pietersz zat de minister ermee dat zijn ‘telefoon roodgloeiend staat van persmensen’. “Ik zei: verwijs ze maar door naar mij.”
Pieters verklaarde verder naar eigen zeggen tegen Cores: “Wat gedaan moet worden is het volgende: er moet een onderzoek komen. Ook de minister gaf daar blijk van maar dat zou een onderzoek moeten zijn met Amerikanen, Nederlanders en Arubanen. Ik zei toen: nee, dat doen we niet.” De PG gaf vervolgens aan dat hij de Landsrecherche wilde inzetten. “Eén mechanisme in het geheel.” Die bovendien rechtstreeks onder de PG valt. “Dat wordt onttrokken aan het politieke commentaar van wie dan ook, dat geen enkele instructie kan krijgen van een ander.”

De alerte lezer ziet ook dat Rob Pieterz een beroep heeft gedaan op een 'rechtshulpverzoek' richting de VS. Het zou mij niet verbazen als ook in die richting onderzoek wordt gedaan. Om onderzoek te doen in Nederland kan hij e.e.a. regelen via de Rijksrecherche en is een rechtshulpverzoek vrij eenvoudig te organiseren.

Die brief komt van de site van René van Nie en is heel erg oud nieuws. Een ordinaire ruzie tussen mevr Croes en Karin Jansen over de 'werkzaamheden' van de dochter van Mevr. Croes was de oorzaak. Niets nieuws onder de zon dus en al helemaal geen aanleiding om Karin Jansen ter 'verantwoording' te roepen.

Like the other the Families that complained publicly they then made arrests shortly after..But not for Murder as it appears these 4 were already in trouble for other crimes and as stated below it shows what they initially received in sentencing for mutilating this poor mans body.....Of course a ton of misinformation was put out by the same people in Natalees case trying to say he was gay and it was a lovers quarrel etc etc etc..That was before they came up with the OD theory

After that they ruled his death a overdose and the 4 that were already in prison for drug offences received sentences for mutilating his body. He worked for choose-a-name bar as a bouncer that burned down shortly after his death. David Kock slipped in a interview that JK2 stopped at another bar after C&C and it is rumored that it was this bar.

Suicide Letter found with a joint and a cross..
Morning paper Bon Dia reported this morning that Pitbull's wife was called and told that she would find some things at the place where her husband's body was found. According to Bon Dia, she found a three-page letter, a bottle of Vodka, a joint, and an old iron cross. She handed the object to the police and she gave Bon Dia a copy of the letter and authorized them to publish it.

A woman found the mutilated body of the 25-year old Dinesh Djoegan near the Guadirikiri cave. The body was set on fire. It could be identified thanks to a tattoo he had. The autopsy revealed that he had cocaine in his body.
The prosecutor confirmed having received the petition. The spokesperson of the OM indicated that they wouldn’t comment on the case. “We are in contact with the family of the victim. We won’t give more information.”

At this moment, the Public Prosecutor (OM) does not have evidence that the 25-year old man that was found dead in the vicinity of the Guadirikiri cave on April 5th was murdered. Four suspects have been arrested and the examining magistrate has prolonged the custody of one of them with 8 days.
On Tuesday, Pitbull’s widow and her mother had talked with the district attorney, who leads the investigation on the death of Djoegan. The OM does not comment on the contents of this conversation. All they said was that in order to determine the cause of death, they had to send tests to the Netherlands. The family was informed that Pitbull was not murdered, but had an amount of cocaine in his body. There is a possibility that he was forced to take the drug. The OM is also investigating the relation between the cause of death and the fact that Djoegan was found burned and crucified.
Last weekend, the police arrested two men and two women in connection with this case. One of them, M.L. was taken before the examining magistrate on Tuesday afternoon. He was already in prison for illegal possession of firearms and cocaine balls.

ORANJESTAD – In the court of appeals, the joint Court of Justice convicted Sijgmund Heyliger (37) to six years imprisonment. Heyliger appealed his five-year imprisonment verdict for his involvement in the mutilation and burning of Dinesh Djoegan’s body, too high. The attorney general has demanded 7 years.
The heavy mutilated body of Djoegan’s was found near the Guadirikiri cave in April of last year. At first, the police thought that he was murdered, but investigation revealed that the 25-year old Djoegan died from overdoses of drugs.
Michael Levenstone, Kim Prins and her husband Heyliger, all three also involved with drugs, decided to make the body disappear. In December of last year, the Court of First Instance imposed light punishments: 2.5 years imprisonment for Prins (the OM demanded 5) and 2.5 years for Levenstone (OM demanded 6). Both accepted their punishment. While the OM had demanded 8 years for Heyliger, he was sentenced to 5, and he appealed this.

The body was found this morning, but forensics experts say that has been there not for long. Dolfi Richardson is in charge of the investigation, but his information given to the media is that this is a case of revenge and the MO is known in the drug dealing world. He did not want to disclose more information since it could hinder the investigation.
The body was found by a group of tourists on a Bus Tour. The cave is ussually monitored by Security Guards at night.

He worked as a bouncer at different places but was mainly known from the club Choose-A-Name. He was missed for two days and recently was in Venezuela. His car has been impounded.

In a press conference right now regarding this case, the ALE denied in having made arrests in this case and invaded a house. They are now in the interrogation process but no one has yet been detained for further interrogation.
They wanted to clear many rumors about the case and just state that this person was found dead, he was cut (not dismembered) and that he was put on fire. Drugs have been found at his house, but not in a quantity that suggests trafficking but only personal use.
They do not want to give more information for now.
Just in case, rumors on other hate blogs are used as facts or reason to bash. My opinion.
