Wie?

ECW is niet echt gevuld met topwrestlers, Swagger is goed maar nog niet top, Hardy is de enige die echt nog een beetje top is. Als je ECHT top bent zitten ze snel op 1 vd 2 grote shows, zie Kofi Kingston

Even de balans opmaken :

Superstar Release Date

Bobby Lashley February 4, 2008
This was a huge loss for the company. Bobby Lashley was destined to become one of the top stars in the entire WWE. However, he wasn't happy with how things were in the company, so he decided to walk away from the business.

Balls Mahoney April 28, 2008
Balls Mahoney was involved in a storyline with Kelly Kelly. It was a lot more successful than the company had expected. In fact, it was too successful, so Vince McMahon decided to put an end to it. That killed Balls Mahoney's momentum.

Dave Taylor April 28, 2008
Dave Taylor was an experienced in-ring worker, but he was pretty bland. Most people weren't really sure why he was on the active roster anyways.

Torrie Wilson May 8, 2008
A serious injury ended her in-ring career. WWE kept Torrie Wilson around with a front office job, but she didn't feel fulfilled with it. She had a clothing business down in Houston, so she decided to ask for her release to focus on that.

Trevor Murdoch July 3, 2008
Trevor Murdoch wasn't a great worker, but he also wasn't a horrible worker, by any means. When WWE decided to make Lance Cade a singles star, Trevor Murdoch was released. He's working the indies again.

Ashley Massaro July 9, 2008
Once word leaked that Ashley Massaro was involved in prostitution earlier in her life, it made things difficult for WWE. When she was unable to prove the accusations wrong (like she said she would), things became even more difficult for the company.

Jonathan Coachman August 1, 2008
Jonathan Coachman and WWE parted ways on good terms. His contract expired, and he wanted to focus more on his sports broadcasting career. WWE really could have made better use of the guy as a heel on-screen character. He was great at that.

Ric Flair August 3, 2008
When Ric Flair retired as an in-ring competitor, WWE gave him a job as a representative for the company. However, they wouldn't allow him to do extra things on the side for money, which prompted Ric Flair to ask for his release.

Braden Walker August 7, 2008
When Braden Walker (real name Chris Harris) was brought up to WWE, many wrestling fans had predicted great things for him. Of course, those fans experienced convenient memory loss after Braden Walker was released after an uneventful stint.

Big Daddy V August 8, 2008
Big Daddy V was taken off of television. Some believed that it was due to an illness, but it was later revealed that WWE had wanted him to lose weight. Since he couldn't, they released him. He's doing movies now.

Domino August 8, 2008
When WWE decided to push Deuce as a singles wrestler, they decided to release Domino from his contract. He had the same amount of skills as Deuce, but he simply didn't have a famous father like his former tag team partner did.

James Curtis August 8, 2008
James Curtis (also known as KC James) was released by the company after an uneventful stint. He was involved in a tag team that was managed by Michelle McCool. More recently, though, he was used as a random jobber on ECW.

Nunzio August 8, 2008
Nunzio was a solid in-ring worker and a good employee for WWE. However, there really wasn't a role for him in the company.

Shannon Moore August 8, 2008
It's a bit ironic that Jimmy Wang Yang gets suspended for drugs, but Shannon Moore is the one that ends up being released. The company really didn't feel that they could do anything with him, which is a bit puzzling.

Cherry August 15, 2008
With WWE wanting to split up Deuce & Domino, Cherry's role in the company became much reduced. It's sad that she's gone. Out of all the divas, she was actually a trained wrestler. She recently retired from the wrestling business to go back to school.

Colin Delaney August 15, 2008
Colin Delaney had found himself a nice niche in WWE as the lovable loser. In fact, WWE even signed him to a three year deal. Of course, someone in management decided to turn him heel, which effectively ruined his career.

Robbie McAllister August 15, 2008
People were expecting this release a long time ago. Robbie McAllister made headlines during Wrestlemania weekend by showing up in the audience at TNA iMPACT! The company kept him around for a bit, though.

Rory McAllister August 15, 2008
Rory McAllister suffered a major injury earlier in the year, but it wasn't anything where it forced the company to release him. He was basically released due to the lack of importance surrounding the tag team division.

Stevie Richards August 15, 2008
Stevie Richards was a talented performer; some would even say that he was underrated. The company decided to let him go, and now, he's pursuing other interests in the entertainment industry.

Mick Foley August 31, 2008
Mick Foley was absolutely unhappy working as a commentator for Vince McMahon. When his contract expired, he simply chose to walk away and head south to TNA.

Lance Cade October 14, 2008
WWE tried to push Lance Cade as a singles wrestler, but things went to waste when he was involved in a drug related incident on a plane.

Super Crazy November 5, 2008
WWE liked having Super Crazy around, but the feeling wasn't mutual. He was tired of the way that he was utilized in the company. Super Crazy felt that he could do better elsewhere. He's currently working in Mexico, with a potential eye toward TNA.

Chuck Palumbo November 7, 2008
Chuck Palumbo's contract was set to expire, so they released him a few days early. The company tried many times to push him, but nothing work. He's not a bad worker, by any means. He just couldn't click with the audience.

Paul London November 7, 2008
Paul London is just as talented (if not more) than Brian Kendrick. However, there were people in management that simply didn't like him. It is believed that the company kept him around this long to keep him away from TNA.

Elijah Burke November 10, 2008
This was by far one of the worst decisions WWE has ever made. Elijah Burke was a gifted talker, and he was entertaining in the ring. The creative team claims that they couldn't find anything to do with him, but it's hard to really buy that crap.

Kenny Dykstra November 10, 2008
Kenny Dykstra was a great athlete and he was young enough to develop. Some hyped him up as a future hall of fame wrestler. WWE decided that they wasted enough time on his development, though.

Armando Estrada November 18, 2008
Armando Estrada was great as Umaga's manager and as the general manager of ECW. Once the company decided to turn him into a full time wrestler, the fans started losing interest in him.

- The decision to give the Tag Team Title win to John Morrison and The Miz at the WWE live event in Canada
last weekend was made the previous week. WWE officials have decided to do what it takes to elevate Morrison and The Miz to main event status. This is why you will see them brag about the Tag Titles and their Slammy Awards. The feeling is that they're in for a long reign as Champions.

Zo, dat zou mooi zijn als het waar is

As we reported earlier this week, former WWE and TNA superstar Tomko returned to World Wrestling Entertainment Monday night in Pittsburgh, PA. Tomko defeated Paul Burchill in a dark match. The match was designed to make the returning Tomko look good and to help him get over with the Raw audience. John Laurinaitis was a big proponent of bringing Tomko back to the company. Apparently when Vince McMahon got a good look at Tomko, and his preceived unimpressive physical shape, he gave the former Johnny Ace an ear full. Not to mention, Tomko blew up in his short two minute match.

From what I hear, Tomko's return may already be over. A source tells GERWECK.NET that Tomko could be released at any time.

Tomko resigned with WWE a few months ago, and was expected to work out with Florida Championship Wrestling until the company was ready for him to return to the road. Tomko lives about an hour from the training facility, but only showed up a couple of times.

If Tomko is again let go by WWE, we are hearing that powers that be within TNA will work to block him from returning. TNA feels Tomko hasn't been honest with them in the past. Tomko did leave TNA to work in Japan, but with no steady offers from the Orient, Tomko returned to TNA.
Lol.

meer Tomko nieuws (de idioot)
quote:
Recently signed WWE star Tyson Tomko is currently dealing with a torn pectoral muscle. There are some within WWE who believe he actually worked his dark match at RAW with the injury, trying to keep it quiet.

While Tomko got a good reaction from the crowd, and there was even a chant for his name, one person who wasn’t a fan of his work was said to be Vince McMahon. According to several sources, Vince was unhappy with his dark match which is leading a number of people within the company to believe that Tomko’s return may be a short one.

McMahon was unhappy with Tomko’s appearance, noting that he looked heavier, which would make sense considering he couldn’t really work out with a pectoral tear. He was seen wearing his arm in a sling the day after his RAW dark match. There are rumors that Tomko has already been released, but we can’t confirm those yet. However, more releases from the company are expected shortly as a way to cut spending.

Dus ja, dat zijn ze wel
