Krijg je dat weer. Alsof bijv. Mulholland Drive, The Return en Cidade de Deus niet kunnen tippen aan Otto e Mezzo, dr. Strangelove en A Clockwork Orange. Ieder decennium sinds 1940 heeft (gelukkig) veel briljante films voortgebracht .

Mijn lijstje . Vorig jaar met moeite de 50 gehaald, nu alleen moeite gehad om films erin te houden door teveel keuze!

En ik zie nu al dat ik er een paar vergeten ben. Volgende keer toch maar weer wat langer over nadenken.

Waarom zie ik dit nu pas? Anders had ik ook nog een top 100 gemaakt .

Ik heb nog eens zitten denken: ik heb er vrede mee als Pulp Fiction weer de nr. 1 is zolang The Shawshank Redemption (waarvan de fans de naam vaak niet eens goed kunnen spellen) het maar niet word. Dat zou namelijk echt mijn ultieme nachtmerrie zijn.

Raging Bull is niet oud! Raging Bull dateert uit 1980 en ik weet namelijk nog precies wat ik deed in 1980!

Hij zou dus in ieder geval net niet in de door mij genoemde categorie vallen want ik had het over films van voor 1980. Da's misschien trouwens nog wel een leuk idee voor volgend jaar. Dan maak ik een top 100 van films die allemaal ouder zijn dan mijn geboortejaar (1972).
