MONUMENT AND BANK STATIONS: Until summer 2009, there is very limited interchange at Bank and Monument stations. This is due to major escalator replacement works. You are strongly advised to use alternative interchange stations. If you travel to the Bank and Monument areas you may find it easier to use nearby alternative stations such as Cannon Street, London Bridge, Mansion House and Moorgate. Local bus services 21 43 133 and 141 operate between London Bridge and Moorgate stations calling at Bank and Monument. Please note: Interchange at the station may involve walking routes at street level. In order to prevent overcrowding Central and/or Northern line trains may not stop at Bank, especially during morning and evening peaks. At present, there is no step-free access between the street and Docklands Light Railway platforms.
