Verdachte Sterfgevallen

La Hemelrijk is niet meer. Hartstilstand? Feit is, ze heeft vaak de onderste steen boven water proberen te krijgen door zich vast te bijten in controversiele items zoals (het complot achter) de moord op Fortuyn en de zaak rond Joris Demmink. Iemand met een beladen naam als journalist, ze werd er nogal eens uitgegooid omdat ze artikelen wilde publiceren die het daglicht niet konden verdragen.

AMSTERDAM - In haar woonplaats Amsterdam is journalist en columnist Pamela Hemelrijk maandag op 62-jarige leeftijd overleden.
Hemelrijk stierf plotseling aan een hartstilstand. Ze wordt zaterdag gecremeerd. Dat maakte haar familie dinsdag bekend.

Hemelrijk werkte in haar journalistieke carrière onder meer voor het Algemeen Nederland Persbureau (ANP). Daarna schreef ze voor de kranten AD en Metro. Voor het AD schreef ze artikelen en columns tot het voorjaar van 2002, voor Metro schreef ze tot 2006 columns. Hemelrijk was ook actief voor een aantal websites, waaronder De Gezonde Roker van Theo van Gogh en voor de stichting Vrienden van Pim Fortuyn.

In 2002 weigerde het AD enkele omstreden columns van haar te plaatsen. De hoofdredactie kon zich niet vinden in het taalgebruik en de kritische kijk in haar stukken, vooral over de mediaberichtgeving rond Fortuyn. Hemelrijk plaatste de geweigerde columns vervolgens op de website van Theo van Gogh.

In februari 2003 werd Hemelrijk uit het Haagse perscentrum Nieuwspoort gezet, omdat er een taart in haar tas bleek te zitten waarmee ze mogelijk iemand wilde bekogelen. Na dit incident werd ze door het AD geschorst en diende een rechtszaak over haar ontslag, die het AD verloor. (ANP)

Heb een dubbel gevoel bij haar dood. Enerzijds kan het natuurlijk zijn gegaan, anderzijds zat ze wel erg te wroeten.

Het gaat sowieso om highprofile mensen. Marietje die een driehoeksverhouding had is niet interessant.

Als high-profile mensen met belangerijk posities (of gehad hebben) of iets wezenlijks hebben uitgevonden op rare manier sterven. Kennelijk als er doofpotten, staatsgeheimen of financiele stromingen aangekaart worden dient men om gebracht te worden.

"It had to be random," said Julia Sullivan. "They are the nicest family. I don't know why anyone would want to hurt them so it's terrifying."

Michael Sullivan added, "If it was random, it could have been me."

Detectives are still working to determine a motive for the shooting and police have only a vague description of the masked gunman, who fled on foot.

"We know he was last seen fleeing from this community toward Goldsboro Road," Baur said. "We expect he escaped from the area."

Police say there is no evidence to suggest robbery was the motive behind the shooting, but the investigation remains in its infancy.

Als je op die naam zoekt vindt je als eerste hit zijn eigen site, normaal natuurlijk. Verder zie je sites van grote organisaties, zoals bijv het IMF, die gewoon goed in elkaar zitten, hoge pagerank etc. En verder natuurlijk de .edu en .gov domeinnamen die zo'n beetje overal voorhang op krijgen, al zetten ze een foto van een drol op een .edu of .gov domein, hij zal altijd bovenaan de resultaten blijven staan.

maar meestal geeft Google de meest recente ontwikkelingen/nieuwsberichten wel weer.. een shooting verwacht ik daarom bovenaan.. maar het zal idd met de pageranking etc te maken hebben..

Klopt, tegenwoordig laat google zijn resultaten van news.google.com zien bij recente keywords. Als je op news.google.com zoekt op die naam van die kerel vind je overigens wel genoeg berichten. Meestal loopt zo'n spoor op niets uit.

In a statement, UN spokeswoman Marie Okabe said, "A UN agency staff member died after falling from the 19th floor of the UN Secretariat Building.

"At this time there is no suspicion of foul play."

Allerlei vage sources via google melden dat: DiBiase, an Austrian national, was a computer specialist for the UN and a former Conference Services staff member of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna, Austria.
