Bert van Marwijk heeft een nieuwe club gevonden. De scheidende coach van Feyenoord tekent nog deze week een tweejarig contract bij Borussia Dortmund, waar hij de naar VfB Stuttgart vertrekkende Matthias Sammer opvolgt.
Van Marwijk had zaterdag een goed gesprek met de club ten koste van wie hij met Feyenoord in 2002 de UEFA Cup pakte. Inmiddels maakte het bestuur van Dortmund officieel bekend dat de samenwerking met Sammer per 1 juli voorbij is. Het wachten is nu op het moment dat van Marwijk wordt gepresenteerd.
