Hij is helemaal niet slecht, wie heeft je dat wijsgemaakt?

Ik zelf. Vond hem best mager de eerste paar keren, maar laatst kwam die zomaar uit de shuffle en toen vond ik het opeens wat dikker klinken.

De nieuwe Black Cobra vind ik zo nu en dan best wel gelikt klinken (voor BC dan)

Ik heb Blue record ook. Ze laten ze een nieuwe kant horen en toch blijft het duidelijk een Baroness plaat. Het geheel, als album, is erg goed.

Ik heb Shrinebuilder een tijdje terug al bij millennium records besteld maar ik heb hem nog niet binnen, hebben er meer lui hier wel eens wat bij hun besteld? Zo, ja: hebben jullie er een beetje goede ervaringen mee?

Roadburn Festival is beyond excited to report that SARKE, the Norwegian band featuring Sarke and Nocturno Culto, BOHREN & DER CLUB OF GORE and LONG DISTANCE CALLING have been confirmed for Tom Gabriel Warrior’s Only Death Is Real at Roadburn Festival 2010.

SARKE’s music and lyrics are written by its namesake Sarke. He has previously spread his angry art through Khold, Tulus, Old Man’s Child and Sensa Anima. Joining him on his musical quest is Darkthrone’s Nocturno Culto, whose distinctive vocals combine with Sarke’s music to create another blackened chapter to the grim book of extreme metal. Inspired by the forefathers, but distinctly new and original.



SARKE’s debut album Vorunah was recorded in old-fashioned analog style, with a brutal, in-your-face sound inspired by the likes of Black Sabbath, Celtic frost, Candlemass, Mayhem and Motorhead.

“This is a great honor for SARKE, to be invited by Tom to perform at Roadburn is something that took us by black magic surprise. Some of you might know that Tom joined forces with us at our performance at Wacken in August 2009, which is something we will never forget. The respect we have for Tom and his music is neverending.
We’re looking forward to performing at Roadburn, and we will be introducing new songs into the set. To witness Triptykon live will be something to remember as well. See you all there, UGH!” –Sarke & Nocturno Culto, December 2009.

In other related news, Tom Gabriel Warrior has also added Bohren & der Club of Gore and Long Distance Calling to the lineup of Only Death Is Real, set to be held Friday, April 16th at the 013 venue, Tilburg, Holland.

Klinkt eigenlijk precies hetzefde als de laatste Frost...

Ik had ze ook al gehoord, en ga akkoord, maar dat is niet eens zo slecht toch? Meer Frost kan nooit kwaad.

Nou, ik had eigenlijk iets meer verwacht dan Monotheist part II dus misschien lagen mijn verwachtingen wel te hoog.

INTO CRYPT OF RAYS!!!!!!

Ik vond dat Krytikon ook wel lekker klinken beetje in de stijl van het Monotheist album van Celtic Frost, en Nocturno Culto. Altijd al eens willen zien (helaas dan niet met Darkthrone).
