ASTON Villa keeper Stefan Postma is ready to quit the Premiership and move to Spain - after embarrassing details of his kinky sex life were exposed.

Postma was in line for a move to Ipswich, but is now likely to go overseas to avoid further humiliation.

The Dutch keeper's former girlfriend revealed last weekend the bizarre sexual antics the pair enjoyed during their three-year relationship. And Postma knows he would become the target of taunting from opposition fans if he remained in England.

Postma's agent Pietr Buter said: "This would not happen in Holland, but in England it is different. Stefan had a girlfriend who was not the right choice but we hope it is all behind us now.

"It was upsetting for him and everyone close to him, but as a footballer you are public property and you just have to move on. There is a club in Spain who are serious about signing him but there are some things to be sorted out."
Postma was signed by former Villa boss Graham Taylor three years ago, joining the club in for £1.5million from Dutch side De Graafschap.
But he has been unable to force his way past No.1 Thomas Sorensen, making just seven Premiership starts for Villa.
While Sorensen will remain as Villa No.1, manager David O'Leary is hoping to have more competition next season.
He is chasing Everton's Richard Wright and feels the former Ipswich and Arsenal stopper could put real pressure on the Dane.
But Midlands rivals West Brom are also keen on Wright, as they look set to miss out on a proposed loan move for Liverpool's Chris Kirkland.
