helaas heb ik vanochtend moeten horen hoe een van mijn idolen van top gear gecrasht is tijdens een opname voor een record in een straal motor..
op dit moment is hij zwaar gewond maar nog niet dood..

Presentator Richard Hammond van het autoprogramma Top Gear is zwaargewond geraakt tijdens opnames. Hij wilde in een auto met straalmotor een record vestigen, maar de wagen crashte.
richard werd ook soms wel eens de hamster genoemd van het stelletje...

Richard Hammond hurt in crash
Richard Hammond is seriously ill in hospital after a crash in a jet-powered car.
He was filming for the new series of Top Gear at the former RAF airfield in Elvington, near York.
The 36-year-old presenter was taken by air ambulance to Leeds General Infirmary's neurological unit. A spokesman for the hospital described Richard's condition as 'stable'.
The crash will be investigated by the Health and Safety Executive and the BBC.
The BBC said in a statement: 'We are looking into all the factors of this accident and it would be inappropriate to comment further at this stage until we know the full situation'.
We'll update you on Richard's condition as we find out more.
