* Have a peanut butter on whole grain bread for lunch
* Try peanut butter on toast or an English muffin at breakfast

JA dat is het hele artikel sans de eerste pagina. Kortom pinda's eten is eigenlijk helemaal niet zo slecht voor, kan ook wel verklaren als ik 100gr pinda's gegeten heb, al dan niet met met vlies dat ik echt poepievol zit voor een hele middag.
En ja die gadogado saus zit dus ook vol met pinda's....
