Dj/producer active in the field of "hard-electronics blaxploitation" - a contamination between black rhythm (jungle, hip-hop, ragga, dancehall) and experimental sounds from the tradition of the European avant-garde (from musique brute to extreme noise). Balli runs the Italian label Sonic Belligeranza dedicated to innovative breaks. What sets Balli apart is his interest in every sort of improbable clash of genre and of vinyl infringement. He developed a peculiar taste for trashy Italian folklore music to poison his intricate beats, and uses his turntablist skills to enhance the "drama" of his live-performance.

For the francophones: “gentil buvard aux influences paradoxales et aux moeurs délicates, s'abandonne dans les contradictions pour alimenter les dancefloors de sa polka-core. Orchestrations aléatoires et chants distillés à l'hélium.
