Top 250 van de 21st eeuw (TSPDT)

Ik heb er 59 van gezien.
Wel een erg mooie lijst, waar een aantal rare keuzes tussen zitten.
Als je hem tenminste vergelijkt met hun top 1000.

Ik heb er 80 van gezien. Ik neem de lijst alleen bij nummer 1 al niet meer serieus, omdat ik dat echt een belachelijke kutfilm vond.

Ik deel je mening en dan heb ik die film nog niet eens gezien.

Ik heb er net geen 150 van gezien. Maar er staan toch wel wat vreemde keuzes tussen (School of Rock? About a Boy? Kung Fu Hustle? Land of the Dead?). En sommigen films zijn moeilijk te herkennen met die Engelse titels. Gegen die Wand herken ik niet als Head-On.

Ik vind de nummer 1 zelf niet slecht, maar toch een vreemde keuze aangezien het over een hit or miss film gaat en niet over iets wat iedereen wel kan waarderen.

Die TSP-lijsten worden samengesteld op basis van top 10-lijstjes, dus dan is het toch logisch dat hit or miss films hoog komen?

Ik vind het maar een beetje een rare lijst. Wel wil ik nu Yi yi een keer gaan kijken. Het ontbreken van Ki-duk Kims is inderdaad stuitend.

Ze hebben er ook een regisseurstop bij gemaakt. Opvallend: Zhang Ke Jia op 13. WIe is dat? Verder 1. Jackson, 2. WKW, 3. Spielberg, 4. Linklater, 5. Eastwood, 6. Payne, 7. Haneke, 8. Lee, 9. Soderbergh en 10. Lynch. Apart.

Gorro, ik zag er ook twee Godards in staan. Heb jij die al gezien?

ik kom tot net iets minder dan 100 films gezien

en ik snap deze lijst niet, is iig niet snobistisch maar er staan gewoon echt films bij, waarvan ik me niet kan voorstellen dat iemand t een topper vindt (1 voorbeeld: i heart huckabees)

Mulholland Dr. is ook mijn nummer 1, dus daar ben ik het wel mee eens. Voor de rest wel een goede lijst, maar er staan idd een aantal zeer vreemde keuzes in. Vooral Million Dollar Baby op 13 snap ik niet.

Heb er 70 van gezien.

Ik heb even snel geteld en heb er 146 gezien.

249. War of the Worlds

En Sin City staat er niet in.

Heb er 101 van gezien, beetje een vreemde lijst hoor.

Dat bedoelde ik ook met "ze". De mensen uit wiens lijstje de lijst is samengesteld. Vind het raar dat Ki-duk daar dus helemaal niet in voor komt. Dan is mijn enige conclusie dat ze het niet kennen, een andere conclusie lijkt me onmogelijk..

Ach, ik kijk toch geen films meer aan de hand van dit soort lijstjes gemaakt door critici, dan heb ik echt meer aan IMDb. Dit geeft wel een aardig beeld van de jaren '00 denk ik Ook al zijn er uiteraard nog de nodige discussies over mogelijk. De nummer 3 en 4 zeggen mij bijvoorbeeld niets, zijn die echt goed ?

Ik heb er 130 van gezien. Er staan nog wel wat titels tusssen die ik wil zien, maar ook veel wat mijn aandacht niet trekt.

Verder wat verrassendste keuzes, zoals Borat op 54 en CTHD op 11 blijf ik ook verrassend vinden. Ik vind Zhang's martial arts films veel beter.

Net als SoK vraag ik me af wat School of Rock in zo'n mooie lijst te zoeken heeft? Jullie gaan me toch niet vertellen dat jullie ze niks anders konden vinden?

Begrijp me niet verkeerd, het is een aardige film, maar naar mijn idee zeker geen top250 plek waard .
