Het rustige winterweer houdt aan, maar inmiddels is het ten noorden van de grote rivieren meest bewolkt geworden. In het zuiden is het vannacht wel helder gebleven en daar heeft het lokaal nog matig gevroren. Overdag wordt het daar nog wel vrij zonnig.
