Med student+ - Health Boost: 1hp for 1000 medical points. (Read the page, you enter how much HP you want)
Houseman+ - Steal Small med kit: 2000 points
Senior Houseman - Steal First aid kit: 4000 points
General Practice - Steal Morphine: 7500 points

Education:
Recess supervisor - 100 intelligence for 10000 points

Law:
Law Student - 100 endurance for 10000 points

Don't just ignore your job. Remember job stats do have effect on other things in the game. It is believed that intelligence has an effect on your ability to do crime, and endurance affects stat gains at the gym.
