Sending in a ticket when somebody yells at you is just a cheap way to get rid of your enemy and we won't fall for that.
Be a real mobster in those cases. Kill him, ask somebody else to kill him or put him on the hitlist. Don't be a whiner.
We will start punishing those who send in tickets to get rid of their opponents easely.
