wie (her)kent deze tekst?

Tis een beetje vaag, maar ik heb een (vind ik) hele mooie songtekst gevonden, alleen weet ik niet van wie het nummer is. Ik vond het tussen de songteksten van Lifehouse maar dit klopt volgens mij niet.

De gegeven titel is Just Words maar ik weet niet zeker of dit wel goed is.
