There is a tradition in many groups that, once this occurs, that thread is over, and whoever mentioned the Nazis has automatically lost whatever argument was in progress. Godwin's Law thus practically guarantees the existence of an upper bound on thread length in those groups. However there is also a widely- recognized codicil that any intentional triggering of Godwin's Law in order to invoke its thread-ending effects will be unsuccessful.

Ik zie dat hier op Fok ook regelmatig gebeuren. Mensen die in discussie de ander voor nazi gaan uitmaken of op zijn minst ermee vergelijken. Dat ontkennende discussie dodende gedrag wat zo graag gebezigd wordt door mensen die de realiteit niet willen zien en dan maar iemand gaan afbranden om zo hun 'sociale' gezicht te laten zien. Fijn dat meer mensen vinden dat dat soort gedrag gewoon voor loosers is.
Censuur is een extreme uiting van angst.
